[Abstract] Inthecontextofsocialtransformationandeducationalreform，familyeducationservesascrucialcaerfor inheritingmoralnormsandcultivating behavioralhabits，playingavitalroleinshapingthecharacterofyouth.Thevalues of hard work，perseverance，andcolaborationcontained inthespiritofsportsare highlycompatible withthegoalsoffamily education.Thisarticle explores thefunctional embeddingof sportsmanshipinfamilyeducationconstruction，analyzs the institutional basisofschoolcommunitycolaboration mechanism inachieving value integration，resourcesharing，and coordinatededucation，explores the specific manifestations of therole mechanismofsportsmanship inthe fieldof family education，proposesapathstrategyguidedbycollaborativeeducation，promotes thetransformationofsportsmanship into practical forces in family education，and helps youth developa sound personalityand a sense of social responsibility.

青少年家庭教育建设是涵育社会主义核心价值观、夯实青少年思想道德基础以及优化家庭伦理结构的重要路径，已成为国家教育体系、社会治理体系及文化传承体系中的核心议题。然而，在现实语境中，家庭教育功能边界模糊、家校协同机制不畅等问题依然广泛存在，导致青少年家庭教育实践出现价值错位、协同失效等结构性障碍，亟须通过多元协同与功能互补的教育共同体模式实现系统重构。在此背景下，具备规则意识、合作精神等特质的体育精神，作为一种具有高度教育价值与实践功能的文化因子，为深度融入青少年家庭教育全过程提供了理论基础与现实契机。

1体育精神的内涵及其育人功能分析

1.1明确体育精神的核心价值体系

体育精神作为体育文化中具有高度育人导向的精神内核，蕴含规则意识、拼搏意志、自我超越、坚韧不拔等多元价值，是一种内涵深刻、功能多元的德育资源。其核心价值体系不仅为青少年人格塑造与价值观的建构提供了有力支撑，还可通过行为实践与情境体验渗透到家庭教育中，助力行为规范养成与家风文化传承。……
