[Abstract] Carrying out curriculum ideological and politial education in taekwondo incollges and universities can promote theorganic integrationof sportsmanshipand moral education，and achieve the unityofknowledge and action through practical carriers.Research has shown that from the perspectiveofLide Shuren，adopting innovative strategies forideological and political education in taekwondo courses in collges and universities such as constructing an ideological and political oriented curriculum system，creating immersive ideological and political teaching scenarios， designing a dual track learning path，and improving a competency oriented evaluation system，can effectively improve problems such as insufficient integration of ideological and political education in course objectives，one-way indoctrination tendency inteaching methods，lowstudent participation，and evaluation mechanisms that proritize skils over literacy.

在《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》中，明确提出要推动思想政治理论课与高等学校各类课程同向同行。体育课程作为高校育人体系的重要组成部分，需从以体育人的角度，促进德育与体育的深度融合。现选取高校体育课程系统中的跆拳道课程，对高校跆拳道课程思政教学模式展开深入研究。

1立德树人视域下高校跆拳道课程思政教学应用价值

1.1推动体育精神与德育有机融合

高校跆拳道教学蕴含礼义廉耻、忍耐克己等精神内核，对学生思想成长与行为规范起到了积极引导作用。在立德树人视域下开展高校跆拳道课程思政教学，可在高校跆拳道教学精神内核的基础上，有机融入社会主义核心价值观，引导学生充分理解跆拳道精神内核的道德内涵，帮助学生形成正确价值认知，为学生全面发展奠定坚实基础。

1.2利用实践载体促进知行合一

高校跆拳道课程要求学生开展对抗性训练，并遵守礼仪规范，具有实践性特征。从立德树人角度开展高校跆拳道课程思政教学，需将思政元素科学融入高校跆拳道课程中，让学生在实践中具象化思政元素，通过做中学、学中悟的方式，使社会主义核心价值观达到内化于心、外化于行的学习效果，利用实践载体促进知行合一，以此强化高校跆拳道课程思政的实效性[1]。
