[Abstract] Inthecontextof the new era，vocational sports，as animportant componentofthe vocational education system，itshoulders theresponsibilityofcultivatingversatileandappiedsportstalents.Usingmethodssuchasliterature research andlogical analysis，this paperexplores the practical dificulties andoptimization pathsofcollaborative education between vocational sportsand vocational education in this regard.Research has found that there are core problems in curent ocational pyicaleducation，suchasadisconnectbetweenurricuumdsignandprofesinaleeds，isuet integration ofindustryandeducation，lack ofcultivationofhumanistic literacy，and laging evaluation mechanisms. Based o this，itis proposed tooptimize the \"Sports+\" curriculum module based onprofessional abilities; Based on the symbiotic relationshipbetween schoolsand enterprises， itaims to createa practical educationconsortium; Itdeepens theideologicalandpoliticaltransformationofsportsspirit withculturalinfltrationasthesoul; Ittakesdigitaltechnology as the wing，innovates inteligent teaching evaluation models andother innovative paths for vocational education talent cultivation in the new era of higher vocational sports services.

在全球产业链重构与数字化转型的浪潮下，职业教育作为提升国家竞争力的核心引擎，其人才培养模式亟待创新。2022年《关于深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的意见》明确提出深化产教融合、推动科教融汇，要求教育链、人才链与产业链深度耦合[1]。在此背景下，高职体育作为“五育\"并举的关键环节，被赋予服务职业教育的新使命。其既要破解传统体育教育重体轻教的痼疾，又要主动融入健康中国、体教融合等国家战略，培养适应新兴产业需求的复合型人才。然而，当前面临人才供给的结构性矛盾。一方面，体育赛事管理、运动康复、智慧健身等新兴领域面临专业人才短缺问题；另一方面，高职院校体育课程普遍存在课程与职业标准匹配度低、校企合作协同度低、学生职业迁移能力低等现象[2]。因此，立足新时代，聚焦职业教育转型需求，探索高职体育服务人才培养的协同路径，可为构建中国特色职业教育体系提供参考。

1高职体育与职业教育耦合的价值重塑

1.1国家战略促使体教融合赋能人才强国

新时代背景下，随着《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》与《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的协同推进，体教融合不再局限于传统竞技体育与基础教育的结合，而是被赋予了服务职业教育高质量发展的新内涵[3]。一方面，从国家人才战略的顶层设计来看，体育教育在职业教育中的价值定位正在发生根本性转变。……
