依托湘桂运河的湖南省工程机械出口运费分析

摘 要:运输费用分析是工程机械选择何种运输方式的重要决策依据。文章以三一重工的产品和运输需求为例,从运输方式的角度对工程机械进行分类,总结了公路运输和水路运输2种方式下工程机械运费的计算方法,根据湖南省货物运输市场的有关调研数据,对典型工程机械产品的运输费用进行了计算,对依托湘桂运河的新物流通道和现有物流通道2种物流通道的运费成本进行了比较分析。在此基础上,验证了水路滚装运输方式的可行性。研究为湖南省工程机械开展水路滚装运输提供了经济性分析参考,同时为湖南省内河航运绿色发展提供了新思路。

Abstract: Transportation cost analysis is an important decision-making basis for the choice of transportation mode for engineering machinery. Taking the product and transportation demand of Sany Heavy Industry as an example, the paper classifies the engineering machinery from the perspective of transportation mode, and summarizes the freight calculation methods of engineering machinery under road transportation mode and waterway transportation mode. According to the survey data of the cargo transportation market in Hunan Province, the paper calculates the transportation cost of typical engineering machinery products, compares and analyzes the freight costs of the two logistics channels, that is, the new logistics channel relying on Xiang-Gui Canal and the existing logistics channel. Based on the results, the feasibility of the ro-ro waterway transportation mode is verified. The research provides an economic analysis reference for Hunan Province engineering machinery to carry out waterway ro-ro transportation, and provides a new idea for the green development of inland shipping in Hunan Province.

0 引 言
交通运输行业能源消费增长较快,对实现“碳达峰碳中和”目标具有重要的影响,由于水路运输具有能耗排放低、装载量大的特点,国务院办公厅印发的《推进多式联运发展优化调整运输结构工作方案(2021—2025年)》要求,推动大宗物资“公转铁、公转水”,中长距离运输时主要采用铁路、水路运输[1]。工程机械是湖南省的特色产业,也是我国出口销售量逐年增长的优势产品,目前主要采取公路运输。探索可行的工程机械水路滚装运输方案,对于降低货物运输碳排放量、推动运输结构优化具有重要意义,运输方案的经济性分析就显得尤为重要。
