【摘要】 常见的子宫局灶性病变（focal uterine lesions，FUL）包括良性病变和恶性病变。恶性FUL早期的诊断与治疗对于提高生存率和改善预后起着至关重要的作用。不同的FUL的病理特点不同，微血管灌注也存在差异。经静脉超声造影（CEUS）技术作为有效的微血管显像方式，为鉴别诊断FUL的良恶性及进一步评估恶性病变提供了更多的信息，为临床医师管理患者方案的选择提供了客观的影像资料。本文就经静脉CEUS在常见FUL中诊断及评估的应用现状做一综述。

[Abstract] Common focal uterine lesions （FUL） include benign and malignant lesions. Its imperative to enhance the survival rates and prognoses through early detection and treatment of these lesions on malignant FUL. The pathological features and microvascular perfusion patterns vary among different types of FUL. Transvenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） technology is a valuable tool for microvascular imaging， providing more information for diagnostic in distinguishing between benign and malignant FUL and enabling a thorough evaluation of malignant lesions， and provides objective imaging data for clinical physicians to manage the selection of patient plan. This article provides an review of the application status of transvenous CEUS in the diagnosis and evaluation of common FUL.

常见的子宫局灶性病变（focal uterine lesions，FUL）包括良性病变和恶性病变，如子宫肌瘤、腺肌瘤、内膜癌、子宫颈癌、肉瘤、滋养细胞疾病等。为了提高生存率和改善预后，FUL的早期诊断及早期治疗是关键，特别是对子宫恶性病变的早期诊断。超声检查具有方便、经济、无辐射、重复性好等独特优势，是妇科疾病首选的筛查及随访方式。随着超声造影（contrast-enhanced ultrasound，CEUS）成像技术在临床中的广泛应用，超声在临床疾病诊疗方面的准确性及优势越来越得到肯定[1-2]。目前，CEUS在肝脏局灶性病变诊疗方面的应用比较成熟，在妇科疾病诊断和治疗中的临床应用价值仍处于探索阶段。本文就经静脉CEUS在常见FUL诊断及评估中的应用现状做一综述。

1 子宫的组织学结构及血供特征
