摘 要：随着国家大力支持物流行业数字化发展，越来越多的传统物流企业开始向现代物流转型。在此背景下，考虑龙头物流装备企业与中小物流装备企业的竞合关系，构建它们和物流行业客户的三方演化博弈模型，探讨三者演化策略稳定性，并通过数值仿真进一步探讨转型中新型能力建设水平和竞合行为对它们演化策略选择的影响。结果表明：重视新型能力建设可以提高物流装备企业的数字化转型水平；当不同类型的物流装备企业同时选择数字化转型时，转型先后顺序对现有竞争格局的影响不大。

Abstract： With China's strong support for the digital development of the logistics industry， more and more traditional logistics enterprises have begun to transform to modern logistics. In this context， this paper considers the competition and cooperation relationship between leading logistics equipment enterprises and small and medium-sized logistics equipment enterprises， constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model between them and logistics industry customers， discusses the stability of the three evolutionary strategies， and further explores the influence of new capacity building level and competition and cooperation behavior on their evolutionary strategy selection through numerical simulation. The results show that paying attention to new capacity building can improve the level of digital transformation of logistics equipment enterprises， that when different types of logistics equipment enterprises choose digital transformation at the same time， the sequence of transformation doesn't clearly affect the existing competitive pattern.

1    研究背景

数字经济的发展正在重塑全球传统产业结构，带来新的商业模式和生产方式。为把握数字化发展机遇，我国发布的《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》不仅强调要加快完善国家物流枢纽基地设施条件，而且强调优化国际物流通道，加速形成内外联通、安全高效的物流网络。并且各地区及部门纷纷出台相应文件落实国家战略发展，如《“十四五”现代流通体系建设规划》《“十四五”时期提升上海国际贸易中心能级规划》《广西物流业发展“十四五”规划》等文件。可见，构建现代物流体系已成为国家、企业关注的热点问题。虽然新一轮技术革命和国家政策等宏观因素不断推动物流装备企业进行数字化转型，但随着电子商务、新零售等商业模式的崛起，终端消费也对智能物流体系提出了更高的要求。……
