【摘要】 目的：探讨对幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染相关性胃炎患者采用高剂量双联疗法联合甘海胃康胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法：按照治疗方式的不同将2022年4月—2023年8月瑞金市人民医院收治的Hp感染相关性胃炎患者分为对照组和试验组，各36例。对照组施以高剂量双联疗法疗，试验组则在此基础上联合甘海胃康胶囊治疗，均连续治疗30 d。比较两组临床效果、Hp根除率、中医症候积分。结果：和对照组相比，试验组总有效率、Hp根除率均较高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组中医症候各项积分均较治疗前降低，与对照组相比，试验组中医症候各项积分均较低（P<0.05）。结论：将高剂量双联疗法联合甘海胃康胶囊应用于Hp感染相关性胃炎患者的治疗中，临床效果显著，且在促进患者临床症状改善，提高Hp根除率方面具有积极意义。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of high-dose dual therapy combined with Ganhai Weikang Capsules on Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection associated gastritis. Method： According to different treatment methods， patients with Hp infection associated gastritis admitted to Ruijin People's Hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were divided into a control group and an experimental group， with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with high-dose dual therapy， while the experimental group was treated with Ganhai Weikang Capsules on this basis， both of which were continuously treated for 30 days. The clinical efficacy， Hp eradication rate， traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment between the two groups were compared. Result： Compared with the control group， total effective rate and Hp eradication rate in the experimental group were higher， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， both groups of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were decreased compared to those before treatment， and compared with the control group， those in the experimental group were lower （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of high-dose dual therapy combined with Ganhai Weikang Capsules in the treatment of Hp infection associated gastritis patients has significant clinical effects， and has positive significance in promoting the improvement of clinical symptoms and increasing the eradication rate of Hp.

胃炎属于消化系统常见病，其中幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）感染是导致胃炎的主要原因之一[1]。随着病情的发展可损害胃功能，造成胃出血、胃穿孔等，甚至可引起胃癌癌前病变等。目前对于Hp感染相关性胃炎的治疗以根除Hp为主要治疗原则，临床上主要采用抗菌药物对患者进行治疗。但随着Hp的抗药性不断提高，传统的双联疗法极其容易导致患者产生耐药性，其临床疗效不理想[2]。祖国传统医学认为，胃炎属于“胃脘痛”范畴，主要是由于饮食内伤、感受外邪加之情志失调，导致胃气阻滞，脾胃功能失调所致，因此治疗原则应以理气止痛、健脾利胃等为主[3]。其中甘海胃康胶囊作为一种中成药，具有良好的健脾和胃、收敛止痛的功效。基于此，为了进一步探讨高剂量双联疗法联合甘海胃康胶囊治疗Hp感染相关性胃炎的临床效果，本次试验选取瑞金市人民医院于2022年4月—2023年8月收治的72例Hp感染相关性胃炎患者开展研究，现做报道如下。……
