【摘要】 随着专科技术的不断发展，患者对术后肛门功能和形态需求的增加，整形外科技术在肛肠常见疾病中的运用凸显重要，促使我们不断提升手术技巧来达到更好的治疗效果。相比于传统手术而言，整形外科技术具有切除病损、维持肛门功能和形态并存，术后并发症少，临床疗效明显等优势。现将近年来关于整形外科技术在肛肠常见疾病的临床研究进展综述如下，以期为临床诊治提供全面的思路，最大限度发挥整形外科技术在肛肠常见疾病中的优势，满足广大患者的“美肛”需求。

[Abstract] With the continuous development of specialized technology and the increasing demand of patients for postoperative anal function and morphology， the application of plastic surgery technology in common anorectal diseases has become increasingly important， prompting us to continuously improve surgical techniques to achieve better treatment results. Compared with traditional surgery， plastic surgery technology has the advantages of excising the lesion， maintaining the function and shape of the anus， fewer postoperative complications， and obvious clinical efficacy. Now， the clinical research progress of plastic surgery technology in common anorectal diseases in recent years is summarized as follows， in order to provide comprehensive ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment， maximize the advantages of plastic surgery technology in common anorectal diseases， and meet the needs of patients with "beautiful anal".

肛肠疾病作为临床常见病、多发病，因其发病率日益增高逐渐引起人们重视[1]。患者对术后肛门形态和功能需求增加，给临床医生带来了新的挑战。肛肠整形外科技术是在原有肛肠手术方式上改良而来，在切除病损的基础上采用新术式对肛垫、括约肌、皮瓣进行保护，维持肛门功能的同时恢复肛门形态美观、减少术后并发症。本文对整形外科技术在肛肠常见疾病的运用进行总结，希望能对临床诊治提供全面的思路。

1 整形外科技术在肛肠常见疾病的重要性

肛肠疾病在治疗时面临着既要切除病损又要保护肛门形态和功能的矛盾，近年来，患者对术后创面平整度的要求日益增高，在治疗上也增加了一定的难度。……
