【摘要】 癌性疼痛是癌症治疗过程中最常见的并发症之一，在很大程度上影响着患者的生活质量和生命周期，有效管理患者的癌性疼痛已经成为癌症治疗亟待解决的难题。本研究总结了国内外文献资料，梳理了与癌性疼痛相关的影响因素及治疗策略，同时讨论了癌性疼痛治疗的新理念，以期为癌性疼痛患者的诊疗和护理策略的制订提供借鉴和参考。

[Abstract] Cancer pain is one of the most common complications in the course of cancer treatment， which affects the quality of life and life cycle of patients to a great extent. Effective management of cancer pain in patients has become an urgent problem to be solved in cancer treatment. This study summarized domestic and foreign literature， sorted out the influencing factors and treatment strategies related to cancer pain， and discussed the new concept of cancer pain treatment， in order to provide reference for the diagnosis， treatment and nursing strategy of patients with cancer pain.

随着癌症全球发病率的逐年上升[1]，癌症相关并发症如疼痛、出血、梗阻、抑郁、疲乏及恶性消耗等的发生率也显著升高。其中，作为恶性肿瘤最常见的合并症之一，癌性疼痛对患者的生活和生命质量产生较为严重的影响。据相关资料显示，我国癌性疼痛的发病率约为50%，其中初诊的癌症患者其疼痛发病率约为25%，而在中晚期的癌症患者中，癌性疼痛的发病率高达60%～80%[2]。如果不能得到及时、有效的控制，往往会加重患者的疲乏、焦虑、抑郁、失眠等症状。因此，在癌症患者的治疗过程中，疼痛的有效管理和控制将发挥重要的作用。本研究对国内外癌性疼痛相关影响因素及干预策略等进行了分析和总结，并讨论了癌性疼痛的治疗新理念，为进一步规范医务人员对于癌性疼痛的诊断和治疗，提高医疗机构癌痛诊疗水平，改善癌症患者的生活质量提供理论依据和实践指导。……
