摘  要：畜牧业经济管理学课程是培养高素质畜牧业管理人才的重要课程，具有较强的实践性，因此，应当满足政产教融合的要求。该文首先提出政产教融合下的畜牧业经济管理课程目标，指出目前该课程教学中普遍存在的问题，然后从教学方式、教学内容、教师体系和考核方式四个方面提出改革方案，并制定配套措施，以期为其他类似课程提供可资借鉴的政产教融合教学改革思路。

Abstract： The course of Economic Management of Animal Husbandry is an important course to cultivate high-quality animal husbandry management talents， which has strong practicality， so it should meet the requirements of the integration of government， industry and education. This paper first puts forward the course objectives of Economic Management of Animal Husbandry under the integration of government， industry and education， points out the common problems in the current teaching of this course， and then puts forward the reform plan from the aspects of teaching method， teaching content， teacher system and assessment method， and formulates supporting measures， in order to provide reference for other similar courses of the integration of government， industry and learning teaching reform ideas.

畜牧业经济管理学课程是培养高素质畜牧业管理人才的重要课程之一。据不完全统计，大部分涉农高校开设了该课程，部分非涉农高校，如浙江大学、内蒙古民族学院等也开设了该课程，开设该课程的高校不下百所。通过对畜牧业经济管理学课程的教学情况进行调查发现，几乎各大院校该课程均为纯理论教学，教学内容较为陈旧，教学方法单一，导致课程教学难以适应畜牧业对管理人才能力的要求，这与该课程本身的实践性、应用性不相符，也与当前国家要求的政产教多元融合理论相违背。所谓政产教融合是指政府、企业和高校三个系统之间相互协作，构成一个动态的人才培养网络系统。对畜牧业经济管理课程而言，政产教融合就是在该课程教学中，政府、企业和高校相互协作，共同构筑更加符合乡村振兴和现代畜牧业发展需要的教学体系。……
