【摘要】目的：分析炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征患者的疗效。方法：选取我院2019年12月—2022年12月的75例多囊卵巢综合征患者，随机将其分成两组。对照组单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮，观察组联用二甲双胍。结果：治疗前，两组的血清LH、泌乳素、E2、FBG、T和 FSH水平无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，两组的血清LH、泌乳素、E2、FBG、T和 FSH水平均明显改善（P<0.05），且观察组的血清LH、泌乳素、E2、FBG、T和 FSH水平明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组的面部痤疮、烦躁易怒、月经不调和多毛症状评分无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，两组的面部痤疮、烦躁易怒、月经不调和多毛症状评分均明显降低（P<0.05），且观察组的面部痤疮、烦躁易怒、月经不调和多毛症状评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征有显著的疗效。

Observation on curative effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the curative effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods： 75 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received ethinyl estradiol cyproterone alone， and the observation group received ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin. Results： Before treatment， there was no significant difference in serum LH， prolactin， E2， FBG， T and FSH levels between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the levels of serum LH， prolactin， E2， FBG， T， and FSH in both groups were significantly improved （P<0.05）. And the serum LH， prolactin， E2， FBG， T and FSH levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Before treatment， there was no significant difference in the scores of facial acne， irritability， irregular menstruation and hirsutism between the two groups （P>0.05）. After treatment， the scores of facial acne， irritability， irregular menstruation and hirsutism in both groups were significantly reduced （P<0.05）. And the scores of facial acne， irritability， irregular menstruation and hirsutism in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Ethinyl estradiol cyproterone combined with metformin has a significant curative effect on polycystic ovary syndrome.

多囊卵巢綜合症是一种非常典型的妇科内分泌疾病，患者的疾病特征主要为稀发排卵甚至无排卵、胰岛素抵抗，而且体内的雄激素含量会明显增加，导致患者出现不孕、月经紊乱、多毛、闭经和肥胖等症状，严重不利于女性的身心健康[1]。采取有效的治疗方法，减轻多囊卵巢综合征患者的各项症状，预防各种心血管疾病的发生具有重要的临床意义。目前主要通过药物方法恢复排卵，调节月经周期，减轻面部痤疮、烦躁易怒、月经不调和多毛等症状[2]。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院2019年12月—2022年12月的75例多囊卵巢综合征患者，随机分为两组。观察组37例，年龄22～39岁，平均年龄（29.34±2.75）岁，病程5～57个月，平均病程（13.92±2.76）个月；对照组38例，年龄22～39岁，平均年龄（29.15±2.46）岁，病程5～57个月，平均病程（13.74±2.39）个月。两组的基线资料具有可比性（P>0.05）。

1.2 研究方法

对照组：从月经来潮的第 5d起服用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片，1片/次，1次/d，连续服用21d，于下一月经周期的月经来潮的第 5d继续进行上述治疗。观察组……
