Discussion on the vertical incidence and the oblique incidence in the experiment of diffraction grating

The method of self-collimation is verified experimentally to ensure that the parallel light is incident on the grating surface vertically，which is simlpe and feasible and the influence of oblique incidence on diffraction angle is further analyzed from experimental and theoretical（numerical）aspects respectively．As a result，the error caused by angle deviation is not obvious when the angle of oblique incidence is small，the error caused by deviation angle less than 5 degree is within the allowable range of experiment，and the experimental results are completely consistent with the theoretical analysis．
