摘要：丹参是我国重要的中草药之一，作为治疗心、脑血管病常用的重要原料，市场需求量在不断增加。为了进一步推动丹参生产标准化、规范化种植，为丹参的保护和开发利用提供参考。通过查阅相关文献，对丹参的分布、丹参的有效成分及功效、丹参的性状鉴定及遗传多样性、丹参的种质改良及创新等方面进行了综述，并在此基础上对丹参种质资源保护和标准化种植技术等方面进行了展望。

Research Progress on the Conservation and Utilization of Genetic

Diversity in Salvia miltiorrhiza Germplasm Resources

Abstract：Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. is one of the important Chinese herbal medicines in China and an important raw material commonly used for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases， and the market demand is constantly increasing. In order to further promote the standarized production and planting in Salvia miltiorrhiza cultivation， and to provide references for the utilization and conservation of Salvia miltiorrhiza germplasm resources， this article reviews the distribution of germplasm resources， effective ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza， character identification and genetic diversity of Salvia miltiorrhiza， as well as germplasm improvement and innovation of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Furthermore， the conservation of genetic resources and standarized cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza are prospected， in order to provide reference for its development and utilization.

丹参（Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.）为唇形科、鼠尾草属植物，其干燥根和根茎有活血祛瘀、通经止痛、清心除烦的作用［1 ］，临床应用也十分广泛，是一种传统大宗中药材。丹参适应性较强，喜光照、温暖和湿润的环境。丹参对土壤要求不严，但吸肥力强，可从深层土壤中吸收养分，一般中等肥力的土壤便可正常生长。丹参根茎中含有多种药用成分，车若梅等［2 ］研究了含有水溶性和脂溶性成分的丹参在根干和根茎中的药用价值，在临床上具有扩张血管、降血压、降血脂、抗血栓等作用，对冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑血栓均具有显著的疗效。……
