摘 要：采用文献资料法、逻辑演绎法，对新时代中国体育外交的战略机遇、行动方案与未来走向进行研究。认为：新时代中国体育外交的战略机遇必然是在国际关系复杂多变、新冠疫情加剧国际体育环境恶化及参与全球治理体系改革的多因素背景下孕育的。构建人类命运共同体、促进“一带一路”国家合作、助力全球治理体系改革和探索国家合作新模式是新时代中国体育外交的行动方案。在中国体育外交的未来走向中归纳了：（1）以维护国家根本利益为原则，走独立自主体育外交道路；（2）结合国家战略发展方针，进行体育外交精准布局；（3）发挥体育外交通用语言优势，服务于体育强国战略。

Strategic Opportunity， Action Plan and Future Trend of Chinese Sports Diplomacy in the New Era

Abstract：Using the methods of literature review and logic deduction， this paper studies the strategic opportunities， action plans and future trends of China's sports diplomacy in the new era. It is believed that the strategic opportunity is conceived under the multi-factor background of complex and changeable international relations， worsening international sports environment aggravated by the Covid-19 epidemic as well as the participation in the reform of global governance system. Building a community with a shared future for mankind， promoting cooperation among countries along the Belt and Road Initiative， facilitating the reform of the global governance system and exploring new modes of cooperation among countries are action plans for China's sports diplomacy in the new era. The future trend of China's sports diplomacy is summarized as follows：（1） Take the road of independent sports diplomacy under the principle of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the country as the principle; （2） Carry out accurate layout of sports diplomacy in accordance with national strategic development guidelines; （3） Give full play to the advantage of common language of sports diplomacy to serve the strategy of sports power.

黨的十九大报告提出：“经过长期努力，中国特色社会主义进入了新时代，这是我国发展新的历史方位”。这个新时代，不仅表现为我国国内各方面发生的新变化，中国与世界的关系也发生了历史性变化。中国比以往任何时候都更加接近国际舞台的中心，体现在我国综合国力的提高、国际话语权的提升和在全球治理的深度参与上。如今，经济全球化大潮滚滚向前，新科技革命和产业变革深入发展，全球治理体系深刻重塑，国际格局加速演变，和平发展大势不可逆转。面对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的侵袭，中国政府临危不乱，坚强有序指导的抗疫行动使得疫情被迅速控制。……
