摘 要： 习近平总书记强调：“新发展阶段贯彻新发展理念，必然要求构建新发展格局。”中国式城市现代化建设在进入新发展阶段时明确了历史方位，在贯彻新发展理念时明确了指导原则，在构建新发展格局时明确了路径选择。体育城市是我国城市现代化的高阶形态，体育已然成为提升城市能级与位阶的重要衡量标准。然，我国体育城市整体比例不足，体育城市融合亟需升级，体育城市建设亟待优化，体育城市治理亟望规制，体育城市增值亟务提升，体育城市生命亟盼培育。本研究运用文献资料调研法与个案梳理法对我国体育城市进行探赜，运用逻辑分析法对其建设维度与规治策略进行明晰，运用模型建构法对其增值流变予以解析，综合其要素特征予以共生耦合，深化培育路径。研究得出：在体育城市内生性要素群与外化性要素群均较薄弱的区域，应深化链节耦合，孵化培育要素链节的比较优势；在两者一强一弱的区域，应深化链接耦合与联结耦合，优化要素群结构，发挥共生效应，加快联结进程，构建价值增值平台；在两者均坚实的区域，应深化共生耦合，增强整体联动效应，营建共生共享的生态网络。

New Stage， New Idea， New Pattern： Strategic Prospect of Sports City Construction in China

Abstract： Implementing the new development concept in the new stage of development inevitably requires the establishment of a new development pattern. As China's urban modernization drive enters a new stage of development， it has defined its historical orientation， defined its guiding principles when implementing the new development philosophy， and defined its path choice when building a new development pattern. Sports city is a high-level form of urban modernization in China， and sports has become an important standard to improve the level and rank of a city. However， the overall proportion of sports cities is insufficient， the integration of sports cities needs to be upgraded， the construction of sports cities needs to be optimized， the governance of sports cities is expected to be regulated， the value of sports cities is promoted urgently， and the life of sports cities is expected to be cultivated. This study uses literature research and case study to probe into Chinese sports cities， uses logical analysis method to clarify their construction dimensions and governance strategies， uses model construction method to analyze their value-added evolution， integrates their elements and characteristics to make symbiotic coupling， and deepens the cultivation path. The results show that in the areas where endogenous and externalized factor groups are weak， we should deepen the coupling of the links and take the comparative advantages of incubating and cultivating factor chains. In the areas  where endogenous factor group is strong while externalized factor group is weak ，link coupling and joint coupling should be deepened to optimize the structure of factor groups， give full play to the symbiotic effect， accelerate the linking process， and build a value adding platform. In areas where both are solid， symbiotic coupling should be deepened to enhance the overall linkage effect， and an ecological network of symbiosis and sharing should be built.
