摘  要：文章基于快递物流思想以工单任务为单元设计开发一款物流APP软件，设置任务起点、任务终点、作业内容、任务工具、任务发单人、任务作业组、货品接收组等信息，流转任务由前、后道工序交接人，直接对收货人。该软件缩短了工序之间无序等待的时间，并兼有对工单任务完成情况评估、物流工具使用情况及人员绩效考核等功能。

Research on the Application of Modern Information Technology in Intelligent Logistics Operation in Factories

Abstract： Based on the idea of express logistics， this paper designs and develops a logistics APP software with the work order task as the unit. Set task starting point， task ending point， job content， task tools， task sender， task operation group， goods receiving group and other information. The transfer task is directly transferred to the consignee by the person who takes over the previous and subsequent processes. The software shortens the time of unordered waiting between processes， and has the functions of evaluating the completion of work order tasks， the use of logistics tools and personnel performance assessment.

0  引  言

生产流程是指企业的车间或工序之间，原材料、零部件或半成品，按工艺流程的顺序依次流过，使其最终成为产成品，送达成品库暂存的过程，过去我们主要关注一个又一个的生产加工过程，而忽视了与每一个生产加工过程相随而生的物流活动。实际上，在一个生产周期中，物流活动所用的时间远高于成品加工的时间，客观上物流环节有提高流转效率的需要。此外，随着移动设备的快速崛起，APP呈现爆发式增长。移动APP已经成为人们的新宠儿，人手一机，可以随时随地开展移动办公，使运用物联网和人工智能技术完成智能调度成为可能。

1  现状及存在的问题

目前企业存在的问题如下：

（1）物流设备运行效率低下，缺乏计划性。

（2）物流设备运行的异常问题无法被及时发现。

（3）员工工作量的完成情况缺乏有效的评估。

（4）管理者无法实时分析运行效率，进而不能有效改善工厂内部物流运输效率。
