【摘 要】目的 分析义齿经驗对全口义齿戴用者不同时期咀嚼效率的影响。方法 抽取2020年6月-2022年6月于我院行全口义齿治疗的180例患者为研究对象，按照有无义齿经验分为参比组与分析组，每组90例。参比组应用二次印膜方式制作义齿，分析组以旧义齿为个别托盘，并以此为基础进行印模并制作义齿，采用分光光度仪测定两组义齿戴用不同时期的咀嚼效率。结果 分析组义齿戴用后2周及1、3、5个月时咀嚼效率均高于参比组（P<0.05）；两组义齿戴用后6个月咀嚼效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 利用旧义齿重新制作总义齿完全遵循并模仿了旧义齿的特点，可使患者能够在生理及心理上均接受新义齿，对提升全口义齿戴用初期的咀嚼效率具有积极意义。

Effect of Denture Experience on Masticatory Efficiency of Complete Denture Wearers

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the influence of the denture experience on the masticatory efficiency with complete denture at different periods. Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent complete denture treatment in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the reference group and the analysis group according to their experience with or without dentures， with 90 patients in each group. The reference group used secondary printing film to make dentures， and the analysis group used old dentures as individual trays. Based on this， impressions were made and dentures were made. The spectrophotometer was used to determine the chewing efficiency of the two groups of dentures in different periods. Results The masticatory efficiency of the analysis group was than that of the reference group at 2 weeks， 1 month， 3 months and 5 months after wearing dentures （P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in masticatory efficiency between the two groups at 6 months after denture wearing （P>0.05）. Conclusion Using the old denture to rebuild the complete denture completely follows and imitates the characteristics of the old denture， which can make the patients accept the new denture both physically and psychologically， and can significantly improve the masticatory efficiency of the early stage of wearing the complete denture.

当前人们对牙齿健康的关注度与日俱增。老年患者属于更易发生牙齿功能异常的人群[1]。由于长期应用义齿会对患者牙槽骨产生不良影响，易导致牙槽骨出现吸收的改变，不利于维持口腔内部稳定性，进而出现义齿移位的问题。此时患者需要更换全新的义齿，以纠正自身口腔咬合关系错乱的问题。部分患者为了省钱，往往过长时间戴用颌位关系不合格的义齿，会导致患者出现侧方咀嚼及下颌前伸的改变，最终导致患者颞颌关节出现结构异常的变化，不利于患者自身咀嚼效率的提升。若是此时突然给予患者全新的义齿，部分患者可能会出现咬合关系难以适应的问题，不利于义齿修复工作的有效开展[2]。……
