【摘 要】目的 探讨儿童口腔溃疡实施综合治疗的临床效果。方法 选择2022年1月-10月我院儿科收治的92例儿童口腔溃疡患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组给予对症支持治疗，观察组在此基础上联合儿内科进行综合治疗，比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、进食时间、创面愈合时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%，高于对照组的84.78%（P<0.05）；观察组VAS评分低于对照组，进食时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为0，低于对照组的10.87%（P<0.05）。结论 对溃疡患儿采取综合治疗可有效控制感染，加速创面愈合，减轻疼痛程度，促进肉芽组织形成，提早进食，增加机体免疫力，降低不良反应发生几率，值得临床应用。

Treatment and Analysis of Oral Ulcer in Children

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment for oral ulcer in children. Methods A total of 92 children with oral ulcer admitted to our hospital from January to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 46 children in each group. The control group was given symptomatic and supportive treatment， and the observation group was combined with pediatric medicine for comprehensive treatment on this basis. The clinical efficacy， pain score， eating time， wound healing time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.83%， which was higher than 84.78% in the control group （P<0.05）. The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group， and the eating time and wound healing time were shorter than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0， which was lower than 10.87% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for children with ulcers can effectively control infection， accelerate wound healing， reduce pain， promote granulation tissue formation， eat early， increase immunity， and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.

口腔潰疡（oral ulcer）是临床常见的一种口腔黏膜疾病，常发病于舌缘、唇、口底、唇颊、软腭等各处口腔黏膜，临床表现为口腔黏膜部位溃疡、水肿、充血、糜烂、溃烂、化脓等，触痛明显，患病率较高，且易复发，并迁延不愈，影响进食，不利于机体正常生长发育，容易导致营养不良，造成免疫力低下[1]。该病以幼儿居多，女性略多于男性。临床治疗通常局部涂抹药膏、补充维生素，但是溃疡愈合时间漫长，一般为7～10 d左右，严重者可达1个月以上，甚至数月之久，给患者带来严重的身心痛苦。临床治疗口腔溃疡虽有多种治疗方法，却无特效药[2]。目前，我院儿科内科针对儿童口腔溃疡逐步开展对症支持治疗、免疫调节剂、免疫增强剂、免疫抑制剂等综合方法，以期促进患儿早期康复。……
