【摘 要】目的 分析5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）联合干扰素针在女性尖锐湿疣治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年5月-2022年9月我院收治的74例女性尖锐湿疣患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，各37例。对照组采取CO2激光治疗，观察组实施ALA-PDT联合干扰素针治疗，比较两组临床疗效、HPV6/11型DNA载体数量、炎性因子水平、免疫功能指标。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%，高于对照组的78.38%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后HPV6/11型DNA载量、白介素-2（IL-2）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-8（IL-8）均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 LAL-PDT联合干扰素针有助于改善女性尖锐湿疣患者免疫功能及炎性反应，提高治疗效果。

Clinical Value of 5-aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy （ALA-PDT） Combined with Interferon for Injection in the Treatment of Female Condyloma Acuminatum

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the application effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） combined with interferon for injection in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 74 female patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 37 patients in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 laser， while the observation group was treated with ALA-PDT combined with interferon for injection. The clinical effcacy， the number of HPV6/11 DNA load， the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%， which was higher than 78.38% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， the HPV6/11 DNA load， interleukin-2 （IL-2）， tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and interleukin-8 （IL-8） in the observation group were better than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. After treatment， CD4+， CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were better than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion LAL-PDT combined with interferon for injection can improve the immune function and inflammatory response of female patients with condyloma acuminatum， and improve the therapeutic effect.

尖锐湿疣（condyloma acuminatum）为当前发生率较高且对患者身体影响较为明显的一种性传播疾病，与乳瘤病毒感染存在紧密联系[1]。尖锐湿疣发生后，大部分伴有肛周皮肤黏膜及外生殖器菜花样、毛刺状赘生物。近年，随着性观念及思想观念的转变，尖锐湿疣患者越来越多，发病率表现为上升趋势，在我国性传播疾病中占据第2位，对患者身体健康造成了严重影响。据有关资料显示[2]，尖锐湿疣的发生除对患者日常生活及工作等造成影响外，随着疾病的发展，如果未及时治疗，则会导致癌变，治疗难度进一步增加，并危及患者生命安全。以往尖锐湿疣的治疗方法有很多，尽管具有一定治疗效果，但是复发率并未得到有效控制。……
