【摘 要】目的 探究整形美容外科技术原则应用于口腔颌面部创伤治疗中的效果。方法 选取于2019年2月-2022年7月医院收治62例口腔颌面部创伤患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，各31例。试验组采取整形美容外科技术原则进行治疗，对照组采取普外科标准治疗。比较两组并发症发生率、创口恢复情况以及创口愈合满意度。结果 试验组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组创伤愈合优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组创口愈合满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 整形美容外科技术原则应用于口腔颌面部创伤治疗中具有可行性，且治疗效果确切，能够降低并发症发生率，提高创面愈合效果，且患者满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Technical Principles in Oral and Maxillofacial Trauma

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of plastic and cosmetic surgery technical principles in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods A total of 62 patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method， with 31 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with the principle of plastic and cosmetic surgery， and the control group was treated with the standard treatment of general surgery. The incidence of complications， wound recovery and wound healing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The excellent and good rate of wound healing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The wound healing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of plastic and cosmetic surgery technical principles in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma is feasible， and the treatment effect is accurate. Meanwhile， it can reduce the incidence of complications， improve the wound healing effect， and the patient satisfaction is high， which is worthy of clinical application.

由于口腔頜面部创伤特点与整形美容外科手术技术原则，存在很多共性，比如整形美容外科手术技术原则中提到，在手术中尽可能为患者减少瘢痕组织的形成，口腔颌面创伤连接腔窦多，而腔窦中细菌较多，容易发生感染，而整形美容外科技术原则中要求无死腔、无血肿发生，可以很好地解决传统手术带来的术后感染问题。将整形美容外科技术原则应用于在口腔颌面部创伤治疗中，具有科学性、可行性[1]。基于此，本研究旨在探究整形美容外科技术原则应用于在口腔颌面部创伤中的效果，现报道如下。……
