摘 要：【目的】高校实验室涉及的污染物种类多、成分复杂。实验过程中所产生的“废气、废液和废渣”及其相应的污染物处理和安全质量把控亟待加强。【方法】从高校实验室污染物合理处理处置、危险化学品管控、实验设备安全风险等角度提出安全管控和污染防控对策。【结果】通过规范高校实验室危险化学品安全管理能够合理解决三废污染。【结论】需构建高校实验室污染防控及安全管理体系，从而实现实验室的高效安全管控与污染治理。

Abstract： [Purposes] University laboratories involve a variety of pollutants with complex components. The treatment and safety quality contor of ' waste gas， waste liquid and waste residue ' generated during the experiment and their corresponding pollutant need to be strengthened.[Methods] The safety control and pollution prevention and control countermeasures were put forward from the perspectives of reasonable treatment and disposal of pollutants in university laboratories， control of hazardous chemicals and safety risks of experimental equipment.[Findings] The three wastes pollution can be reasonably solved by standardizing the safety management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories. [Conclusions] It is necessary to construct the pollution prevention and control and safety management system of university laboratories， so as to realize the efficient safety control and pollution control of laboratories.

0 引言

高校实验室具有专业性强、工作环境风险较高等特点，实验室日常运行过程中需要使用大量化学危险品，若管理不善或操作不当，会导致环境污染、火灾甚至实验室爆炸等安全事故。因此，强化工作人员安全意识，实现实验室安全管控，对高校实验室安全工作至关重要［1-3］。

高校实验室涉及的污染物种类多且成分复杂，其中，实验过程产生的“废气、废液和废渣”及其相应的污染物处理和安全管控是值得关注的焦点［4-5］。本研究从高校实验室污染物合理处理处置、危险化学品管控、实验设备安全风险等角度提出安全管控对策。通过引入应用实例，详细说明安全管控对策的具体实施路径，以期通过规范高校实验室危险化学品安全管理和解决三废污染，实现实验室的高效安全管控与污染治理。实验室污染防控及安全管理构建技术路线如图1所示。……
