摘 要：高职院校专业课课时比例大，学生重视程度高，在专业课中融入课程思政有利于对学生产生积极影响。以OBE理念为基础，以结果为导向，设定符合需求的知识、技能和素养目标，再通过思政元素的挖掘和提炼，并在设计创新型课堂时将其融入教学内容，最后建立健全考核评价体系，动态改进，提高课程思政与专业课的融合效果，培养全面发展的新时期优秀人才。

The integration and exploration of curriculum Ideology and politics and specialized courses under the OBE concept

Abstract：The proportion of professional courses in higher vocational colleges is large， and students pay high attention to it. The integration of curriculum ideology and politics in professional courses is conducive to the positive impact on students. Based on OBE concept and result-oriented， it sets knowledge， skills and literacy goals that meet the needs. Then， it excavates and extracts ideological and political elements and integrates them into the teaching content in the design of innovative classrooms. Finally， it establishes and improves the assessment and evaluation system， dynamically improves the integration effect of ideological and political courses with specialized courses， and cultivates outstanding talents in the new era with comprehensive development.

1 引言

“以立德树人为根本任务”是教育部2020年5月颁布的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》中指出的，在这个背景下，专业课作为课时比例大、学生重视程度高的课程，必须承担起“立德树人”的任务，为培养人才添砖加瓦。因此各大高校也在不断探索有效的课程思政与专业课融合的路径和办法，但是专业课由于其自身的特点，很难无声融入，在进行融入时，容易给学生造成生搬硬套之感，导致整体思政教育效果不佳，因此在推进课程思政建设的同时，一定要结合学科专业的特点，要自然而然的将思政贯穿于课堂教学设计的始终，本文以铁道交通运营管理专业的专业核心课程《铁路货运组织》为例，探索基于OBE理念的融合路径，有助于将专业课与思政教育有机结合，充分发挥课堂教学的主渠道功能，让专业课与思政课同向同行，形成协同效应，既有利于推动教学改革，又有利于思政教育的开展，潜移默化的通过思政教育，在培养学生专业技术能力、传授理论知识的同时，为中国特色社会主义事业培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人，达到“立德树人”的目的[1]。……
