摘 要：随着我国机动车保有量的激增，道路交通事故数量也在逐年增加，而事故车辆的安全性能鉴定对事故责任的划分及定责有较大的影响。本文首先介绍了道路交通事故车辆安全性能鉴定的流程，并着重探讨鉴定过程中存在的问题，最后提出了具有针对性的建议，以期为我国道路交通事故安全性能鉴定的发展提供借鉴，提高鉴定工作的质量和效率。

Analysis and Thinking on Vehicle Safety Performance Appraisal Methods for Road Traffic Accidents

Abstract：With the surge of motor vehicle ownership in China， the number of road traffic accidents is also increasing year by year， and the safety performance appraisal of accident vehicles has a great impact on the division and determination of accident liability. This paper first introduces the process of road traffic accident vehicle safety performance appraisal， focuses on the problems existing in the appraisal process， and finally puts forward targeted suggestions， in order to provide reference for the development of road traffic accident safety performance appraisal in China and improve the quality and efficiency of appraisal.

隨着我国经济的快速发展，道路交通行业迎来前所未有的发展机遇，汽车在人们的生活中逐渐占据了不可或缺的地位，但随之而来的还有交通事故的频发。根据国家统计局数据显示，截止到2020年底，我国机动车保有量已经达到27340.92万辆，交通事故发生数量达到244674起，严重影响我国和谐社会发展和人民安居乐业[1-2]。

道路交通事故鉴定是道路交通事故处理的重要一环，车辆在发生交通事故时，其形态各异，成因多样，而部分交通事故的发生与车辆的安全性能有着直接的联系。因此，当交管部门在处理交通事故时，可委托第三方司法鉴定机构对事故车辆的安全性能进行检验鉴定，不仅有助于划分事故责任，加快案件处理速度，同时也能够保障受害者合法权益，维护国家司法权威[3-4]。

1 交通事故车辆安全性能检验鉴定流程

目前，道路交通事故车辆安全性能鉴定检验鉴定主要包括以下五个环节：车辆唯一性标识检验、动态检……
