摘 要：近年来，以产教融合为特征的职业教育发展迅速，根据汽车类专业实践性强、知识技能要求高等特点，现代学徒制人才培养模式被应用到产教融合、校企合作中。本文主要分析了现代学徒制对现代技能人才培养的重要意义，并就汽车类专业现代学徒制人才培养中存在的各种问题进行剖析，提出从政府、企业、学校、学生四方着手，发挥各自职责与功能，切实推进现代学徒制在汽车类专业人才培养中发挥作用，为我国职业教育人才培养做出新的贡献。

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Talents in Automotive Majors under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract：In recent years， vocational education characterized by the integration of industry and education has developed rapidly， and according to the characteristics of strong practical nature and high knowledge and skill requirements of automobile majors， the modern apprenticeship talent training mode has been applied to the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of modern apprenticeship to the training of modern skilled talents， analyzes various problems in the training of modern apprenticeships in automotive majors， and proposes to start from the government， enterprises， schools and students， give play to their respective responsibilities and functions， effectively promote the role of modern apprenticeships in the training of automotive professionals， and make new contributions to the training of vocational education talents in China.

1 汽車类专业现代学徒制人才培养意义

传统技能人才培养主要采用师傅带徒弟，一对一或一对多教学，这种教学方式虽然效率低，但是教学效果好，对于专业技能要求较高的行业十分适合。现代学徒制则是将传统师徒制与现代职业教育结合，发展出新的技能人才培养模式。汽车类专业技能要求高、理论与实践性强、教学周期长，对于大部分学生来说，如果没有专业教师手把手教学，很难取得良好的学习效果。考虑到现代职业教育对于现代学徒制人才培养已经有一套十分成熟的理论和实践基础，叠加汽车类专业人才培养中存在的各种问题，现代学徒制对于汽车类专业人才培养具有以下意义：

1.1 人才培养更具针对性与专业性

目前职业院校在人才培养过程中，虽然根据专业特色设置了不同的专业课程，但是由于汽车专业知识众多，课程知识难免存在遗漏，部分院校在教学过程中过于重视基础知识教学，导致培养出的汽车专业人才专业性不足。……
