摘要：运城市是全国果业大市，果业已成为当地农业的支柱产业，由于自然环境优越，水果种植区位优势突出，品质优良，品种多样，在出口贸易中发挥着重要作用。但运城果品出口在高速发展的同时也凸显出新的问题，分析其原因，并提出了解决对策：1）科学规划布局，实现水果标准化生产;2）出口企业应加强合作，互惠互利;3）制定标准化产品流程，加强采后处理，严格分级包装;4）建立从商品到源头的可追溯体系;5）完善出口物流;6）加强品牌创建，积极开拓市场;7）扩大小水果出口量;8）延长产业链条，壮大果品精深加工。

Problem and Countermeasure of Fruit Export in Yuncheng

Abstract：Yuncheng City is a big fruit industry city in China， and fruit industry has become a pillar industry of local agriculture. Due to the superior natural environment， the advantages of fruit planting location are prominent， the quality is excellent， and the cultivars are diverse， which plays an important role in export trade. However， with the rapid development of Yuncheng fruit export， the new problems has been occurred. Its causes were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward.1） Scientific planning and realizing the standardized fruit production; 2）Export enterprises should strengthen cooperation for mutual benefit; 3） Developing standardized product process， strengthening post-processing and packaging;4） Establishing traceability system from commodity to source; 5） Improving export logistics; 6） Strengthening brand building and actively developing the market; 7） Expanding the export volume of small fruits; 8） Extending the industrial chain， strengthening the deep processing of fruit.

运城市位于山西省南端，全市果园面積198.6千hm2，占农作物种植面积的31.2%，水果年产量685.1万t，果业已成为运城市农业的主导产业[1]。截至2021年10月，出口市场累计75个国家或地区，年出口量超过38万t，占到山西省的90%。运城果品出口在高速发展的同时也凸显出新的问题，本文针对存在的问题提出了解决方案，旨在为促进运城果品出口贸易提供一些建议。

1优势分析

1.1自然环境优越，水果种植区位优势突出，品质优良运城市位于北纬34°～35°，属暖温带大陆性季风气候。光照充足，雨热同期，物候期早，土层深厚，土壤肥厚，水利资源丰富，非常适宜农业生产。另外，运城辖区内地形多样，具有平原、山地、丘陵、盆地、台地等多种地貌类型，适合苹果、梨、桃、樱桃、葡萄等多种水果生产。运城水果品质优良，目前已有“运城苹果”“临猗冬枣”“王过酥梨”“绛县山楂”“永济大樱桃”“夏县西瓜”等十余种产品获批国家农产品地理标志。……
