摘要：2020-2021年苹果果价持续下跌，全国大面积出现挖树毁园潮，再加上农村劳动力转移，劳动成本上升，果品整体质量下滑等，召示着苹果产业新一轮调整、转型升级已迫在眉睫。为此，分析当前形势，提出了苹果产业调整的重点：1）调整发展理念，给苹果产业賦于更多功能，开拓果业增收途径;2）调整种植模式，普及机械作业，解决果园用工短缺问题;3）积极转型升级，助推苹果产业高质量发展;4）适时变换经营体制，适应时代发展潮流;5）调整种植品种，适应消费多样化趋势;6）调整管理方式，推行简化省工管理，控制生产成本;7）调整销售方式，促进销售方式多样化，化解产能过剩背景下的卖难现象。

The Path of Apple Industrial Structure Adjustment in China in the New Period

Abstract：From 2020 to 2021， the price of apple fruit continued to decline， the tide of digging trees and destroying orchards appeared in a large area of the country， coupled with the transfer of rural labor force， the rise of labor costs and the decline of the quality of fruits， which indicated that a new round of adjustment， transformation and upgrading of apple industry wasnecessary.Analyzing the current situation， the key points of apple industry adjustmentwere put forward： 1） adjusting the development concept， endowing the apple industry with more functions， and exploring the ways to increase the income of the fruit industry; 2） Adjusting the planting mode， popularizing mechanical operation， and solving the problem of labor shortage in orchards; 3） Actively transforming and uparading，boasting the high-quality development of apple industry;4） Timely changing the management system to adapt to the development trend of the times; 5） Adjusting planting cultivars to adapt to the trend of consumption diversification; 6） Adjusting the management mode， Implementing labor-saving management， and control the production cost; 7） promoting the diversification of sales methods， and resolving the selling difficulty.

隨着社会的进步，果业的深度开发，消费观念转变，我国苹果产业发生了深刻的变化，主要表现在各种果品生产能力大幅增加，产量大多已远远的超出消费的极限，产能过剩现象突出，与之形成鲜明对照的是果品的质量没有同步跟进，大多数果品表现“多的不好，好的不多”的尴尬局面，果品质量与消费者日益增长的消费理念存在极大的差距，已成为果品产业持续发展的最主要限制因素。造成这一局面的原因与发展理念、种植模式、管理方式都有极大的关系，也与产品的销售密不可分。2020—2021年苹果价格持续下跌，全国大面积出现挖树毁园潮，预示着苹果产业新一轮调整在加快，果产业调整，转型升级已迫在眉睫，寻求调整的路径是摆在每个果业人面前很现实的问题。……
