【摘 要】目的：分析针对宫颈柱状上皮异位患者采用活血败毒汤治疗的效果。方法：研究从2017年1月—2020年1月共挑选病例数360例，均为宫颈柱状上皮异位患者，随机分组，一组采用常规治疗（对照组180例），另一组采用活血败毒汤治疗（观察组180例），分析两组治疗效果、症状恢复及治疗时间、复发率。结果：与对照组比较，观察组治疗疗效高（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组伤口恢复、治疗时间短，复发率低（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α比较差异小（P>0.05）；与对照组治疗后比较，观察组治疗后IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平低（P<0.05）。结论：临床在对宫颈柱状上皮异位患者进行治疗时，主张采用活血败毒汤治疗，能够有效地降低不良反应发生率，确保患者在治疗期间的安全性，达到较好的治疗效果。

Feasibility analysis of HuoxueBaidu Decoction in clinical treatment of columnar Ectopy

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of HuoxueBaidu Decoction on patients with columnar Ectopy. Methods： From January 2017 to January 2020， a total of 360 cases of columnar Ectopy were selected and randomly divided into two groups： one group was treated with conventional therapy （180 cases in the control group） and the other group was treated with HuoxueBaidu Decoction （180 cases in the observation group）. The treatment effect， symptom recoverytime， treatment time and recurrence rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results： Compared with the control group， the curative effect of the observation group was higher （P<0.05）；Compared with the control group， the observation group had shorter wound recovery time and treatment time and lower recurrence rate （P<0.05）；Before treatment， the difference in the IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-αof the two groups was small （P>0.05）；Compared with the control group after treatment， the level of IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α in the observation group after treatment was lower （P<0.05）. Conclusion： In clinical treatment of columnar Ectopy patients， HuoxueBaidu Decoction can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions， ensure the safety of patients during treatment， and achieve better therapeutic effect.

宫颈柱状上皮异位主要是受到雌激素影响，宫颈内柱状上皮移动到宫颈管外口处，属于正常生理现象[1]。通常情况下患者不会产生明显症状，但是在受到外界刺激、感染后会出现下腹疼痛、接触性出血、白带异常等情况，对患者生活质量产生极大影响，因此尽早对患者进行治疗是非常重要的，临床主要可采用西药、中药对患者进行治疗，但二者效果存在明显差异[2]。本文就活血败毒汤治疗效果进行分析，总结如下。
