摘  要：“十四五”时期，我国教育进入高质量发展阶段，面对新形势、新阶段、新理念、新格局、新目标、新要求，高职院校作为培养担当民族复兴大任时代新人的前沿阵地，应全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人的根本任务。当前高职院校各专业以及各课程与思政育人并未有机地融合在一起，“思政课程”与“课程思政”合力不足，结合高职院校教育教学的特点，为加强“思政课程”与“课程思政”的融合及建设，需要着力夯实师资与课程建设，逐步、有序、全面推进“思政课程”与“课程思政”闭环模式的构建。

Abstract： During the 14th Five-year Plan period， China's education has entered the stage of high-quality development. Facing the new situation， new stage， new concept， new pattern， new goals and new requirements， vocational colleges should fully implement the Party's educational policy and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents. At present， various majors and courses in colleges are not organically integrated with ideological and political education， and there is insufficient synergy between "ideological and political curriculum" and "curriculum ideological and political education". In order to strengthen the integration and construction of "ideological and political curriculum" and "curriculum ideological and political education"， it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers and courses. At the same time， we should promote the construction of "ideological and political curriculum" and "curriculum ideological and political" closed-loop mode gradually， orderly and comprehensively.

一、導论

（一）研究背景与意义

2020年4月，教育部、中组部、中宣部等联合印发了《关于加快构建高校思想政治工作体系的意见》，强调全面推进所有学科课程思政建设。统筹课程思政与思政课程建设，构建全面覆盖、类型丰富、层次递进、相互支撑的课程体系[1]。同年5月，教育部印发了《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》，《纲要》根据不同课程的学科专业特点和育人要求分别明确了每类课程进行“课程思政”建设的重点，并对文史哲类、经管法类、教育学类等7大类专业课程分别提出具体的建设目标[2]。

思想政治工作是高职院校各项工作的生命线，关乎办学方向、关乎育人根本。要全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人根本任务，就要把思想政治工作贯穿高职院校教育教学全过程，其中“思政课程”是高职大学生思想政治教育的主渠道，而“课程思政”是通过将思想政治教育融入到各门课程中从而实现价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授的育人作用。……
