摘  要：“一带一路”背景下，中国职业教育协同企业走出去，将我国人才培养方案的标准输出，提升了职业教育探索国际化发展的高度，是值得研究和总结的一种发展模式。文章在分析了赞比亚旅游业发展的现状和TEVETA关于新专业申报标准后，探讨了中国职业教育协同企业输出中国特色导游专业人才培养方案的做法，并提出了赞比亚导游专业建设的问题和挑战。

Abstract： On the context of "One Belt and One Road"， China's vocational education goes out with enterprises to output the standard of China's talent training program， thus improving the height of the exploration of international development of vocational education， which is a development mode worth studying and summarizing. After analyzing the status quo of tourism development in Zambia and TEVETA's application standards for new majors， this paper discusses the practice of Chinese vocational education cooperating with enterprises to export the training program of tour guide major with Chinese characteristics， and poses some problems and offers some proposals in the professional construction of tour guide major in Zambia.

越来越多的中国企业迈开大步走向世界，持续推进实践国家“一带一路”倡议。2019年9月，中国高等教育学会发布了《高等学校境外办学指南》，中国职业教育主动承担使命，正以积极的态度，创新办学理念、体制与机制，探索与中国企业和产品“走出去”相配套的职业教育发展模式，构建现代职教体系的国际化发展之路，服务国家的“一带一路”倡议。

广东工贸职业技术学院作为参与中国有色金属行业职业教育“走出去”试点项目的13所院校之一，2019年5月，以中国-赞比亚职业技术学院（Sino-Zam Vocational College of Science and Technology;简称中赞职业学院）旅游管理学院的名义，向赞比亚技术教育、职业与创业培训管理局（Technical Education， Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Authority，简称TEVETA）申报开设一个新的专业——导游专业，并承担制定该专业人才培养方案和专业标准的任务。它拓展了中国特色高职教育“走出去”的产业领域，丰富了国际化教育发展的内涵。

一、赞比亚职业教育对导游专业的需求
