摘 要 “互联网+”时代下，无论是高校教学工作、管理工作，还是学生的生活、娱乐和学习，已经与互联网牢牢绑定。为此，本文立足于“互联网+”时代发展，围绕高校学生管理工作展开研究，从丰富管理方法、密切师生关系等方面，分别详细介绍了互联网对学生管理事务的促进作用;从管控平台建设滞后、管理人员观念落后等方面，归纳了互联网时代学生管理面临的挑战。随后从强化网络环境监管、培育复合管理团队和依托智慧校园构建完善的学生管理平台等方面，提出了学生管理工作创新的可行性路径。希望能够通过以下研究和探讨，能够为高校管理者尽快适应“互联网+”教学新环境，实现个人工作水平、能力的提升，提供一定的理论参考价值。

Innovative Research of College Student Management Under the

Perspective of Internet plus

Abstract In the era of "internet plus"， the teaching and management of colleges and universities， as well as the life， entertainment and study of students， have been firmly bound with the Internet. Therefore， based on the development of the "internet plus" era， this paper focuses on the management of college students， and introduces in detail the promotion of the Internet to student management affairs from the aspects of enriching management methods and close relationship between teachers and students. This paper sums up the challenges faced by student management in the Internet age from the aspects of lagging construction of management and control platform and backward concept of managers. Then， from the aspects of strengthening the supervision of the network environment， cultivating the compound management team and building a perfect student management platform based on the smart campus， this paper puts forward the feasible path of student management innovation. It is hoped that through the following research and discussion， it can provide certain theoretical reference value for university administrators to adapt to the new teaching environment of "internet plus" as soon as possible， and to improve their personal work level and ability.

高校学生管理工作要坚持因时而变、动态创新，在坚持“为学生服务”这一核心理念下提升管理成效、促进学生成长。现阶段，互联网已经逐渐渗透到校园里的方方面面，对教学工作、学生管理产生的积极影响不言而喻。但是其负面影响也不容忽视，很多大学生容易被网络上的不良思潮所影响，而学校管理者也缺乏主动转变思维、创新方法的意识。如何在“互联网+”时代实现学生管理工作的创新与发展，已经成为当下高校教师必须要考虑的问题。树立互联网思维，发挥新媒体优势，成为提升新时期高校学生管理事务实效性的一种可行性策略。……
