老年肾内科护理的安全隐患和护理干预方法

【摘要】目的：对老年肾内科护理中存在的安全隐患进行分析，并提出相应护理方式。方法：研究将本院收治的82名老年肾内科患者纳入本次对比实验中，采用红蓝双色球的分组方式将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各41例，在研究中分别应用常规护理和综合护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果：经对比，观察组患者的护理满意度以及不良事件发生概率均优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对于肾内科护理工作中的安全隐患需要定期探讨并采取针对性的护理干预措施，从而才可以有效地降低不良事件的发生概率。

Safety risks and nursing intervention methods of geriatric nephrology nursing

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the safety hidden danger in geriatric nephrology nursing， and put forward the corresponding nursing methods. Methods：82 elderly nephrology patients admitted to our hospital were included in this comparative experiment. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each group by red and blue two-color ball grouping. In the study， conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention were applied respectively， and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results： After comparison， the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group and the incidence of adverse events were better than the control group， the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： The safety risks of in the nephrology department nursing work need to be regularly discussed and targeted nursing intervention measures should be taken， so as to effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events.

在當前我国社会经济不断发展和进步的时代中，人们的生活方式也随之取得了较大的改变，因此导致肾脏疾病的发生概率不断提升，其中肾衰竭、肾小球肾炎以及高压肾损害都是肾内科常见的疾病类型。肾脏疾病会给患者的生活质量造成严重的威胁，尤其是老年人群体，老年人身体各项机能和器官功能都在逐渐下降，如果患有肾脏类型疾病会导致患者存在较大的安全隐患，对其生命安全造成了严重影响[1]。这就要求在肾内科中给予老年患者更加全面性的护理干预，避免护理工作中的安全隐患影响到患者的治疗效果以及生命安全。本文就综合护理干预在肾内科中的应用疗效展开分析，具体分析报告如下。
