【摘 要】目的：探究晚期癌症患者应用多维度疼痛护理干预的效果。方法：纳入2018年1月—2020年12月本院80例晚期癌症患者进行研究，根据随机排列法进行分组，包括常规组40例，予常規护理；干预组40例，基于常规护理实施多维度疼痛护理干预。结果：干预组疼痛缓解率为82.50%，高于常规组62.50%（P<0.05）；干预后，干预组SAS评分低于干预前，且低于同时期的常规组（P<0.05）。结论：多维度疼痛护理干预能够有效缓解晚期癌症患者的疼痛情况及焦虑情绪，应用效果显著。

Application of multi-dimensional pain nursing intervention in patients with advanced cancer

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of multi-dimensional pain nursing intervention for patients with advanced cancer.Methods：80 patients with advanced cancer in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study. They were grouped according to the random arrangement method， including 40 cases in the routine group， who were given routine care； 40 cases in the intervention group were treated with multi-dimensional pain nursing intervention based on routine nursing.Results：The pain relief rate of the intervention group was 82.5%，which was higher than 62.5% of the routine group（P<0.05）；after the intervention，the SAS score of the intervention group was lower than that before the intervention，and lower than that of the routine group in the same period（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Multi-dimensional pain nursing intervention can effectively relieve the pain and anxiety of patients with advanced cancer，and the application effect is significant.

相关数据表明，晚期癌症的癌痛人数占全球确诊癌症伴癌痛患者的90%，其中能够得到有效缓解的仅占26%[1]。随着医学模式的不断发展，临床治疗癌症不再局限于延长患者的生存周期，而是将重点延伸至提升生活质量上。常规护理是缓解癌症患者疼痛的重要手段，但多以药物镇痛为主，干预不够全面。多维度疼痛护理干预主要是从生理、心理、社会等多个维度进行干预的一种护理模式，能够为患者提供更为全面、更具针对性、个性化的护理服务。为进一步探究该护理模式应用于晚期癌症患者中的效果，将本院接收的80例患者纳入研究，分析如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

将2018年1月至2020年12月本院80例晚期癌症患者纳入研究，根据随机排列法进行分组，包括常规组40例，干预组40例。纳入标准：均经病理或细胞学检查确诊为晚期癌症；预计生存期≥2个月；根据《癌症疼痛诊疗规范（2018年版）》评估为中、重度疼痛，疼痛（NRS）评分≥4分[2]；知情同意本研究。排除标准：经临床确诊为良性肿瘤者；合并认知障碍者；合并严重的器官功能损害者；合并其他疾病导致的疼痛者。……
