摘 要：网约车是当前常见的乘车方式，可以对乘坐车辆进行提前预约，保障乘车的效率。基于此，该文先对网约车计程计时现状进行分析，再从计程计时原理、检测装置、检测场景、检测流程、检测统计、检测误差、检测结果这7个方面对相关检测技术进行分析，使网约车能够稳定运营，提高网约车的服务水平，同时降低外界对车辆运营的干扰，使检测技术能够得到有效应用。

Analysis on the Current Situation of Network-based Distance Timing and Research on New Detection Technology

Abstract： Online car booking is a common way to take a bus， which can be booked in advance to ensure the efficiency of taking a bus. Based on this， this paper first analyzed about the present situation of web log timing about car， again from log timing principle， test device， test scenario， test process， test statistics， error detection， detection results seven aspects to analyze related testing technique， so that the net about car can stable operation， improve the service level of network around the car， at the same time reduce the interference of outside of vehicle operation， So that the detection technology can be effectively applied.

網约车需要具有严格的计程计时标准，对行程问题进行处理，使行程得到有效统计，保障计价收费过程能够有效进行。计程计时需要依靠检测装置实现，需要保障检测装置的精度，并且做好检测分析工作，降低计量计时误差。

1 网约车计程计时现状分析

网约车采用网络预约的形式，可以提高乘车的效率，为乘客提供优质的服务[1]。网约车在运营过程中，计程计时的标准存在着不统一的问题，一方面，受到计量场景的影响，在不同场景中计程计时将会发生一定的波动，将会对计价收费过程造成影响。另一方面，计程计时会产生一定的误差，影响检测结果的准确性，不利于检测过程的进行。网约车需要具有严格的检测规范，需要保障检测结果的有效性，在计程计时误差控制方面，计程误差需要控制在-4%～1%之间，计时误差不得超过1.5 s。网约车一般由App进行下单，由临近乘客的车辆进行接单，保障车辆能够迅速接送乘客，进而完成运营任务[2]。……
