摘要：在文化的发展传承过程中，语言起着重要的辅助作用，语言能够作为支撑起文化发展的重要支柱，可以通过灵活的运用语言表达出物体形象、人物心情以及文化民俗等内容。同时两种不同文化的交流就离不开语言的翻译，不同语言的翻译有助于推动国家乃至民族之间的互相促进，起到共同发展的目的。因此，翻译工作对于翻译人员有较高的要求，需要对翻译对象的文化有深刻的了解，只有真正意义上理解一个民族的文化内涵，才可以在翻译过程中运用语言将其表达出来，让人感受到文化的存在。该文将对目前中英翻译中如何更好地表达民族文化以及提高语言技巧进行分析，希望能够推动经济发展。

Cross Cultural Perspective Transformation and Translation Skills in English Translation

Abstract： In the process of cultural development and inheritance， language plays an important auxiliary role. Language can be used as an important pillar to support cultural development. It can flexibly use language to express object image， character mood， cultural folk customs and so on. At the same time， the exchange of two different cultures is inseparable from language translation. The translation of different languages helps to promote the mutual promotion between countries and even nations and achieve the purpose of common development. Therefore， translation work has high requirements for translators and requires a deep understanding of the culture of the translation object. Only by truly understanding the cultural connotation of a nation can it be expressed in language in the process of translation and make people feel the existence of culture. Therefore， this paper will analyze how to better express national culture and improve language skills in Chinese-English translation， hoping to promote economic development.

在歷史的长河中，各个国家之间就有着互相交流的理念，有助于促进两方的文化融合，比如在明朝期间的郑和下西洋、汉朝的张骞出使西域以及著名的“乒乓外交”，都是我国与其他文化之间的交流。一种文化必须要吸取其他的民族文化，才可以保证文化的良好发展，因此要重视起翻译工作的作用。如果没有翻译，五四期间的先进改革理念不会传入中国;如果没有翻译，我国很多科学技术将仍处于落后状态，还会对外国的文化知识了解甚少。为保证我国能够实现两个百年目标，应该重视翻译工作，运用良好的语言技巧促进文化的融合发展。……
