摘要：我国社会工作发展从理论到实践都存在着深受因西方移情法则影响情况，而西方所谓“社会工作在情境中”未能够在本土化过程中有效参照，难以对移情做出有效考量。我国在社会工作本土化过程中移情困境成因，需要從社会“复合型”结构造成的、社会工作者与服务对象局限性、“文化自觉”影响等方面进行切入探讨，并进行详细分析，以解决现实问题。

On the Causes of Empathy Dilemma in the Process of Localization of Social Work

Abstract： The development of social work in China is deeply influenced by the western law of empathy from theory to practice. However， the so-called "social work in context" in the west can not be effectively referenced in the process of localization， so it is difficult to make effective consideration of empathy. The causes of empathy dilemma in the process of social work localization in China need to be discussed from the aspects of social "composite" structure， the limitations of social workers and service objects， and the influence of "cultural consciousness"， so as to make a detailed analysis and solve practical problems.

作为五千年文明的大国，中国一直存在着地域复杂性和社会发展的不平衡差异，并且在高速现代化进程中仍保留着鲜明的文化特征，中国文化已经渗入中华民族的血脉，影响了各个方面。在社会工作发展尚不成熟背景下，社会工作者为了保证服务被服务对象接纳，在介入服务对象系统前，往往要先进入服务对象的生活场域，建立起与服务对象的“人情”关系。这时如若照搬西方社会工作移情理论来解决现实问题，可能会产生不适应的冲突困境。

作为助人科学方法的社会工作是一种与人共同工作交流的艺术。而有人的地方会发生群体关系的“伦理”，导致社会工作需要在实务过程中所呈现的价值考量，尤其是涉及伦理困境的疏解与处理，就势必成为社会工作实务中的一项核心议题[1]。社会工作者作为伦理抉择关键，唯有其对伦理理论有清晰的觉察，才能做出最合乎伦理的抉择[2]。……
