摘要：近年来，药品购销成为了社会关注的焦点，这与医疗机构在药品购销中的虚假报价、腐败等有直接关系。为患者在购药时减轻负担成为了现在亟待解决的问题，从2000年起我国的药品集中招标采购工作在持续的发展。这一行为对于降低药品的价格、纠正医药购销中的不良风气起到了积极作用。但集中招标采购这一决策出台到如今，还是存在许多的争议，导致集中招标采购的工作出现或大或小的影响，在社会上的反响也会受到影响。医界的各位代表人员还进行联名上书建议暂停药品集中招标采购，但国家药品集中招标采购对于医疗机构、医药公司及药品生产企业在药品领域的影响还是具有深远发展的意义的。

Influence of Centralized Bidding and Purchasing of Drugs on the Market

Abstract：In recent years， the purchase and sale of drugs has become the focus of social attention， which is directly related to the false quotation and corruption of medical institutions in the purchase and sale of drugs. In order to reduce the burden of drug purchase for patients has become an urgent problem to be solved. Since 2000， the centralized bidding and procurement of drugs in China has been developing continuously. This behavior has played a positive role in lowering the price of medicines and correcting the unhealthy atmosphere in the purchase and sale of medicines. However， there are still a lot of disputes about centralized tender procurement， which leads to the influence of the work of centralized tender procurement and the social repercussions will be affected. Various representatives of the medical profession have also written a joint letter recommending the suspension of centralized bidding for the purchase of drugs， however， the National Drug Centralized bidding and procurement for medical institutions， pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical production enterprises in the drug sector or the impact of far-reaching development.

為解决药品购销中出现的药品虚假报价现象，使患者能够以更低的价格买到同等的药品，各药物监督相关部门联合下达《医疗机构药品集中招标采购试点工作若干规定》[1]，这一规定的发布使全国各地的医疗机构从2000年起，逐渐地开展药品集中招标采购，并迅速发展。这一举动使在药品购销中存在的问题得到有效的改善，并达到了改正药品购销中的不正之风的目的。但药品集中招标采购的发展也伴随着较大的争议及问题。尽管国家后续又出台了一系列的药品市场管理方法相关条例，但针对药品市场全局来说，药品集中招标采购对药品市场带来了巨大的影响。……
