摘  要：高等教育在我国是培养社会应用型人才的核心机构，社会不断发展与建设的背景下，我国绝大多数高校都在所擅长的领域积极创新并完善技术项目，其中的技术也是有所增加，而且有很多都已经成为国家研究的重点。对此，该文先阐述了目前我国高校专利转化发展现状和影响高校专利转化的主要因素，然后又对高校专利转化优化对策展开讨论，并提出了个人的见解。

Analysis and Countermeasures of Factors Affecting Patent Transformation in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： Higher education is the core institution for cultivating social applied talents in China. Under the background of continuous social development and construction， most colleges and universities in China actively innovate and improve technical projects in the fields they are good at， and the technology has also increased. Many of them have become the focus of national research. In this regards， the present situation of patent transformation in colleges and universities in China and the main factors affecting patent transformation in colleges and universities are described in this paper， and then the optimization countermeasures of patent transformation in colleges and universities are discussed， and some personal opinions are put forward.

國家经济发展和社会建设推动下，人们的物质生活水平得到了提升，在此背景下大多数人又把目光转向教育行业。对于高等学校而言，一直都是培养我国社会储备人才的教育机构，但从专利转化技术方面分析，利益的熏陶下很多科研工作者已经不会把自己的专利技术合理运用，反而会投向市场从而获得利益，也导致专利形成极大的浪费，让很多长期研究的工作者心血付诸东流。高校的专利转化市场是教育资源的重点，怎样才能在现阶段找到其中的负面影响因素并进行改善，这已经成为相关教育工作者和国家有关部门所要重视的任务。

1  现阶段我国高校专利转化发展现状分析

中国是一个科教大国，自改革开放以后各领域研究学者的努力已经使科技水平得到大幅度提升，市场经济发展至今，国内申请专利的数量非常多，但其中的专利质量、等级及工业化程度等因素已经成为制约中国专利质量水平的主要原因。……
