摘  要：在我国社会发展中，化学专业毕业生起到了重大推动作用，如今，大学生的就业形势日益严峻。为了帮助与指导化学专业毕业生获取相关工作，增加其就业率，该文以问卷调查形式分析了2017—2020年某大学化工学院毕业生的就业情况，根据相关资料分析就业现状，并对其现状进行策略探讨，引导学生建立科学的求职意向，为进一步提升化学专业毕业生就业率的措施与建设提供一定可行性建议。

An Analysis of the Current Employment Situation of Applied Chemistry Graduates in Colleges and Universities and its Countermeasures

Abstract： Chemistry graduates have played a major role in promoting the Chinese social development. Nowadays， the employment situation of college students is becoming increasingly severe. In order to help and guide chemistry graduates to obtain related work and increase their employment rate， this paper analyzes the employment of a university chemical college graduates in 2017—2020 in the form of questionnaire survey， analyzes the employment situation according to relevant information， and discusses the current situation， guide students to establish scientific job intention， to further improve the employment rate of chemical graduates and construction to provide certain feasibility suggestions.

新的就業形势与就业压力下，大学生的就业观念、方式都有了一定改变[1]。大学生就业，是民生之本，安国之策，具有重大意义与作用[2]。近年来，大学毕业生就业现状日益严峻，矛盾逐渐突出，为学生的工作与生存问题带来一定风险，涉及了多个家庭与毕业生的利益，成为社会快速发展的重要因素。为了更好地在新形势下了解地方高校大学生的就业意向，该文对某学院化工专业进行调查探究，深入分析2017—2020年该院校毕业生的就业情况，力求掌握大学生就业愿望与想法，并提出了提高化学专业毕业生就业率的对策，为化工学院就业指导提供参考依据，为社会、家庭带来更多利益。

1  2017—2020年某大学化工学院毕业生的就业情况

1.1 毕业生就业情况

共调查了2017—2020年该院校本科毕业生1 102人，其中1 045人就业，平均就业率为94.83%，整体分析比毕业生就业率良好，但仍需进一步提升，该校毕业生每年就业情况如表1所示。……
