摘要：目的 探究运用根管填充氢氧化钙糊剂和根管治疗术治疗牙髓病和根尖周炎产生的效果。方法 将收治时间处于2019年12月～2020年4月范围内的90例牙髓病和根尖周炎患者当做研究对象，按照不同治疗方案进行分组，各45例，给予A组根管治疗术，给予B组根管填充氢氧化钙糊剂和根管治疗术，比较两组治疗效果。结果 B组生活质量高于A组（P<0.05）;B组治疗有效率高于A组（P<0.05）。结论 利用根管填充氢氧化钙糊剂和根管治疗术对牙髓病和根尖周炎进行治疗，可以提高患者治疗有效率，优化患者治疗后生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of root canal filling calcium hydroxide paste and root canal therapy in the treatment of pulp disease and periapical periodontitis. Methods 90 patients with pulpal disease and periapical periodontitis from December 2019 to April 2020 were divided into groups according to different treatment schemes. 45 cases in each group were given root canal therapy in group A，calcium hydroxide paste and root canal therapy in group B. the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results the quality of life in group B was higher than that in group A（P < 0.05）;The effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A（P < 0.05）. Conclusion using root canal filling calcium hydroxide paste and root canal therapy to treat pulp disease and periapical periodontitis can improve the treatment efficiency and optimize the quality of life of patients after treatment.

牙髓病和根尖周炎是临床上非常常见的口腔疾病类型之一，主要是由于细菌入侵诱发的炎症造成【1】。牙髓组织中含有各种血管和神经，所以，发生病变后会造成患者出现严重的疼痛感。牙髓病患者如果沒有得到有效的干预治疗，那么可能造成炎症向牙齿根尖位置蔓延，导致根尖周炎【2】。根管治疗术是现阶段临床上治疗牙髓病和根尖周炎一种比较普遍的治疗方法，而氢氧化钙糊剂具有促进根尖组织愈合等一些作用【3】。对此，此次主要研究利用根管填充氢氧化钙糊剂和根管治疗术对牙髓病和根尖周炎进行治疗产生的效果，具体内容如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

将收治时间处于2019年12月～2020年4月范围内的90例牙髓病和根尖周炎患者当做研究对象，按照不同治疗方案进行分组，各45例。A组男性21例，女性24例，最大年龄为61岁，最小年龄为21岁，平均年龄为（39.81±1.95）岁;B组男性20例，女性25例，最大年龄为60岁，最小年龄为20岁，平均年龄为（38.16±2.01）岁。两组患者基本资料无统计学意义（P>0.05）。
