摘要：目的 探讨电子胃镜检查中改进型无痛胃镜护理技术的应用效果。方法 将80例于2020年3月-2021年3月期间我院行改进型无痛胃镜检查的患者纳入研究，并以等量电脑随机法均分成A、B两组。予以A组常规护理干预，B组综合护理干预，并对比干预效果。结果 B组患者检查用时、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间及定向力恢复时间均短于A组，护理满意度高于A组，对比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合护理干预改进型无痛胃镜检查，可缩短检查时间，并取得患者的高度认可，具有推广应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of improved painless gastroscopy nursing technology in electronic gastroscopy. Methods 80 patients who underwent modified painless gastroscopy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were included in the study，and were randomly divided into two groups A and B by the same amount of computer. Routine nursing intervention was given in group A and comprehensive nursing intervention in group B，and the intervention effects were compared. Results the examination time，anesthesia induction time，recovery time and directional recovery time of group B were shorter than those of group A，and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of group A（P. Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention improved painless gastroscopy can shorten the examination time and obtain high recognition from patients，which has the value of popularization and application.

無痛胃镜是麻醉技术与胃镜检查相互结合的产物，通过麻醉技术可以让患者失去对疼痛的感受，且不存检查过程恶心、恐惧等负面情绪状态【1】。并且还能加快检查速度，提升检查结果的准确性。而我院为了进一步提升改进型无痛胃镜检查质量，特将检查过程中的护理技术进行探究分析，以期惠及广大病患。现做如下报告：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

经院内伦理委员会批准，将80例于2020年3月-2021年3月期间我院行改进型无痛胃镜检查的患者纳入研究，并以等量电脑随机法均分成A、B两组。A组男女比例23：17，年龄29-71岁，均值（47.65±3.70）岁。B组男女比例21：19，年龄30-72岁，均值（44.91±3.88）岁。对比患者资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

纳入标准：（1）签署知情文件;（2）年龄≥18岁;（3）沟通良好。

排除标准：（1）合并精神疾病;（2）妊娠及哺乳期女性;（3）麻醉禁忌。

1.2 护理方法

予以A组患者注意事项告知，生命体征监测、医护密切配合等常规护理干预。B……
