摘要：目的 分析微信平台延续护理服务在前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2020年3月-11月期间收治的146例前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者进行研究，并采取随机双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组，各73例。给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组常规护理+微信平台延续护理，并对两组的生活质量和尿失禁改善情况进行对比。结果 观察组生活质量评分、尿失禁改善优良率优于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论   前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者在接受常规护理的基础上融入微信平台延续护理，能够有效的改善患者的尿失禁症状，能够帮助患者提高日常生活质量，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing service on wechat platform in patients with urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery. Methods 146 patients with postoperative urinary incontinence of prostate cancer treated in our hospital from March to November 2020 were studied，and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，73 cases in each group. Routine nursing was given to the control group and routine nursing + wechat platform continuous nursing was given to the observation group. The quality of life and the improvement of urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups. Results the quality of life score and the improvement rate of urinary incontinence in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the continuous nursing of patients with urinary incontinence after prostate cancer surgery can effectively improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence and improve the quality of daily life. It is worth popularizing.

前列腺癌是現阶段我国临床中男性泌尿系统恶心肿瘤中发病率最高的一种疾病，前列腺癌根治术是对局限性前列腺癌治疗的主要方法，虽然治疗效果良好，但是术后有极大的几率出现各种并发症如尿失禁【1】。出现尿失禁的几率和术后恢复时间有着直接的影响，有90%以上的患者能够在术后1年实现控制尿失禁，而术后短时间控制尿失禁的人数不足50%。尿失禁的发作会严重的降低患者的生活质量，会动摇患者治疗的信心【2-3】。本研究分析了微信平台延续护理服务在前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者中的应用效果，效果显著，现报道如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1  一般资料

选取本院2020年3月-11月期间收治的146例前列腺癌术后尿失禁患者进行研究，并采取随机双盲法将其分为对照组和观察组，各73例，对照组年龄35-72岁，均龄（61.48±5.26）岁;观察组年龄36-74岁，均龄（62.53±5.68）岁，两组一般资料无统计学意义（P>0.05），能比较。
