摘  要：为了提高小学数学教学质量和效率，促进学生整体进步与提升，数学教师有效把握学生的学习起点至关重要。学生之间必然会存在个体差异，在个体差异影响下学生的学习起点也会有所不同，若教师忽略学生的学习起点而统一基于教学设计、教学规划开展教学，必然会导致部分学生落后。基于此，本文就小学数学教学有效把握学习起点策略进行详细分析，旨在更好地提高小学数学教学质量。

【Abstract】In order to improve the quality and efficiency of primary school mathematics teaching，and promote the overall progress and promotion of students，it is very important for mathematics teachers to effectively grasp the starting point of students' learning. There will inevitably be individual differences among students，and students learning starting points will also be different under the influence of individual differences. If teachers ignore students learning starting points and unify teaching based on teaching design and teaching planning，some students will inevitably fall behind. Based on this，this article makes a detailed analysis of the strategies of primary school mathematics teaching to effectively grasp the starting point of learning，aiming to better improve the quality of primary school mathematics teaching.

近年來，随着素质教育的深入实施，对小学数学教学也提出了更高的要求，如在数学教学中，作为教师不仅要注重对学生知识与技能的培养，更要重视对学生素质与能力的培养，且在数学教学过程中，作为教师应该基于以人为本理念，面向全体学生实施因材施教，保证每一个学生在教学过程中都能够得到进步和提升。而在小学数学教学过程中，要实现以上教学目标，首先就需要教师有效把握学习起点策略。对于小学生而言，一次完整的课堂学习可以看作为是学生从其学习起点到课堂学习目标之间的认知发展过程。在此过程中，起点的选择不仅直接决定了这一过程的长短，同时也决定了课堂学习目标的实现。学生的学习起点即学生学习新知识所必须借助的知识储备。每个学生因学习能力、思维能力、生活环境不同，所以其学习起点也有所不同，若教师在教学过程中并没有基于学生学习起点开展教学，那么必然会影响学生课堂教学目标的实现，进而影响教学质量。……
