摘  要：“名著导读”在培养学生阅读习惯和提高学生写作能力方面的作用不可或缺。教师要做到精心甄选阅读材料，激发名著阅读兴趣;耐心指导名著阅读，掌握科学阅读方法;用心策划交流活动，促进阅读写作结合;悉心进行写作指导，养成良好表达习惯。只有这样，才能充分发挥“名著导读”对学生阅读和习作习惯养成的促进作用，才能促进学生良好阅读习惯的养成，进而提高习作能力。

【Abstract】"Guide to reading masterpieces" plays an indispensable role in cultivating students' reading habits and improving students' writing ability. Teachers must carefully select reading materials to stimulate interest in reading classics;guide the reading of classics patiently and master scientific reading methods;plan communication activities carefully to promote the combination of reading and writing;carefully guide writing and develop good expression habits. Only in this way can we give full play to the role of "Guide to reading masterpieces" in promoting students' reading and study habits，promote the development of students' good reading habits，and improve their writing ability.

名著，是人们认识世界和探究社会发展过程中产生的智慧结晶和文化精髓，具有豐厚的思想意义和永恒的艺术价值，使得人们能够代代相传阅读，反复研读欣赏。“名著导读”是统编版初中语文教材中的重要栏目，在“导”与“读”的相互作用中，引导教师、学生、文本和作者之间“亲密”对话，激发学生阅读名族的兴趣，进而掌握科学阅读方法，培养良好阅读习惯，提高阅读和写作能力，提升语文素养。同时，促进教师调整教学方式，提高个人专业素养，实现教师的主导作用和学生主体作用的有效融合，实现“名著导读”的美好愿望。

1.初中生名著阅读现状分析

众所周知，阅读是当下初中生的必修课，阅读教学已经成为当下语文教学中的重中之重。常有学者说：“赢得了阅读就是赢得了高考。”这并不是什么“危言耸听”的说辞，而是当下阅读中实实在在的危机，尽管如此，初中生名著阅读的现状仍然不容乐观。……
