摘  要：在新时期的小学教育教学中，应当将劳动教育纳入教学体系中，更好地发挥劳动育人功能，促进学生树立正确的劳动观念，培养学生良好的劳动观念，养成良好的劳动习惯。通过引导家长树立正确的家庭劳动教育观、科学合理地安排劳动时间与劳动课程、实施家校合作与整合丰富的社会资源、推动设立自下而上的学校劳动周活动等，能更好地在家校合作中发挥劳动教育育人功能。落实家校合作的劳动教育策略，能够落实小学劳动教育的目标。

【Abstract】In the new era of primary education and teaching，labor education should be incorporated into the teaching system to better play the function of labor education，promote students to establish correct labor concepts，cultivate students' good labor concepts，and develop good labor habits. By guiding parents to establish a correct concept of family labor education，scientifically and rationally arrange labor time and labor courses，implement home-school cooperation and integrate rich social resources，and promote the establishment of bottom-up school labor week activities，etc.，can better play the function of labor education and educate people in Home-School Cooperation. Implementing the labor education strategy of Home-School Cooperation can realize the goal of primary school labor education.

2020年3月，中共中央國务院印发《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》，对于新时代劳动教育做出了顶层设计与全面部署。结合党和政府对于劳动教育的指导，小学应当因地制宜地加强劳动教育教学，更加重视实施家校合作，更好地发挥劳动教育育人功能。家校合作是指教师与家长以及社区相互合作，共同完成对于学生的教育;劳动教育是国民教育体系的重要内容，是德智体美劳全面发展的重要组成部分，是促进学生成长的必要路径，能够让学生树立正确的劳动观点和态度，养成良好的劳动习惯，促进学生身心的全面发展。传统的小学劳动教育的方式单一，以学校教育为主，为落实新课标理念与提升劳动教育的效果，应当拓宽劳动教育途径，通过家校合作，调动学生家长与社区等共同参与劳动教育，有计划和有目的地组织开展形式多样的劳动实践活动，实现家庭劳动教育日常化、学校劳动教育课程化、社会劳动教育多样化，形成协同育人的格局。……
