摘  要：新时代下的教育是以全面培养人为目的的，培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的人才。在21世纪的教育中，化学已经成为非常前沿的专业。本文主要阐述中学化学与小学科学衔接培养的现状、中学化学与小学科学衔接培养的重要性、中学化学与小学科学衔接培养的实施策略。在实施战略中，需要教师实践教学、革新管理;改进教学大纲、研究课题;转变观念、提升素质;与企业合作，开拓资源;教师为主导、学生为主体;教学评价、与时俱进;改善培训机制，加强师生互动，推动区域内教育技术的平衡发展。

【Abstract】Education in the new era is aimed at cultivating people in an all-round way，cultivating talents with comprehensive development of morality，intellect，physique，beauty and labor. In the 21st century education，chemistry has become a very cutting-edge profession. This article mainly elaborates on the current status of the link-up training of high school chemistry and primary school science，the importance of link-up training between high school chemistry and primary school science，and the implementation strategies for linking up high school chemistry and primary school science. In the implementation of the strategy，teachers need to practice teaching and innovate management;improve the syllabus and research topics;change concepts and improve quality;cooperate with enterprises to open up resources;teacher-led and student-oriented;teaching evaluation and advancement with the times;improvement Training mechanism，strengthen teacher-student interaction，and promote the balanced development of educational technology in the region.

1.中學化学与小学科学衔接培养的现状

（1）教学模式落后。时代在不断的发展，教材已经改版，但是教学模式却没有革新，教师已经很难跟上时代了，特别是小学科学的教师，更需要跟上时代的步伐，才能够更好地指导学生学习，指导学生进步。

（2）教学缺乏实践性。科学与其他专业不同，内容涵盖了化学、物理、地理、生物等方面的知识，大多需要学生自己进行实践，能够自己操作一些东西，比如实验等，但是，目前的教学体系却没有完善实践这一环节，也就是说学生对于科学的学习缺乏实践的经验。实践服务体系也不健全，也就是说，学生学习科学要进行实践，也必须有相应的实践服务单位，但是并没有完善，学生就算是参与实践，也是没有依托的。

（3）教学评价陈旧。我国教育针对学生的教学评价都显得过于单一，不够全面。……
