摘  要：对于毕业生全面实施就业指导与创业指导的实践工作具有显著意义，因为毕业生的就业创业指导工作有益于毕业生准确认识自身就业目标定位，进而帮助毕业生顺利完成就业创业的预期良好效果。高校辅导员应当负责毕业生的就业创业指导工作，引导毕业生正确看待与认识自身，紧密结合当前阶段时期的就业市场特征寻求最佳就业机遇，顺利过渡至岗位实践环节。因此，该文旨在探讨毕业生就业创业指导实践领域中的高校辅导员地位作用，合理完善毕业生的就业创业指导路径与对策。

Probe into the Effective Ways for College Counselors to Guide Graduate' Employment and Entrepreneurship

Abstract： It is of great significance for graduates to implement employment guidance and entrepreneurship guidance in an all-round way， because the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of graduates is beneficial to graduates' accurate understanding of their own employment goal orientation， then helps the graduate to complete the employment to start a business smoothly the anticipated good effect. College counselors should be responsible for the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of graduates， guide graduates to correctly view and understand themselves， closely combine the characteristics of the current stage of the employment market to seek the best employment opportunities， smooth transition to post practice. Therefore， this paper aims to explore the role of college counselors in the field of employment and entrepreneurship guidance for graduates， and reasonably improve the employment and entrepreneurship guidance path and countermeasures.

高校輔导员的基本职责任务应当体现在密切沟通各个院系年级学生，确保为各个院系学生的日常学习、日常生活以及未来就业过程提供科学引导，并且全面负责院系年级学生的社团组织活动。现阶段的院校毕业生普遍需要面临较为沉重的就业创业压力与负担，毕业生如果没有找到适合自身的自主创业以及就业方法思路，那么将会导致毕业生存在盲目与恐慌的不良情绪心理，严重影响到毕业生的顺利就业创业。为了杜绝以上情况的发生，那么高校辅导员应当能够承担有效实施毕业生就业创业指导的工作职责，启发毕业生运用理性与乐观心态来应对毕业就业挑战，增强毕业生的就业创业信心。
