摘  要：城市建设进程的飞速发展促进了对工程造价的建设性研究。随着现阶段我国工程项目以及工程建设体系的不断完善，传统的工程造价已经无法高质量融入到项目建设过程中。因此，从优化工程造价流程角度出发，发挥全生命周期在现阶段建筑市场竞争中的发展优势，不断地加强管控工程造价，形成投入、支出与产业最大化的全生命周期工程管理体系，才能够有效改善现阶段工程造价落后现象，提升我国经济市场背景下工程造价的全面管控能力。

Thoughts on the Cost Management of the Life Cycle engineering

Abstract： The rapid development of urban construction process promotes the constructive research on project cost. With the continuous improvement of China's engineering projects and engineering construction system at the present stage， the traditional engineering cost can not be integrated into the project construction process with high quality. Therefore， from the perspective of optimizing the engineering cost process， giving play to the development advantages of the whole life cycle in the current stage of the construction market competition， constantly strengthening the control of the engineering cost， and forming the full life cycle engineering management system of investment， expenditure and industry maximization， can effectively improve the backward phenomenon of the engineering cost at this stage and  enhance the comprehensive control ability of project cost under the background of China's economic market.

全生命周期是一種基于工业绿色发展出发的造价模式，其以资源损耗优化的技术来进行工程资源的合理分配。经过相应的研究表明，全生命周期工程管理能够极大程度提升工程造价的现代化水准，带动整个造价企业的发展前景，无形中推动建筑行业的飞速发展。由于全生命周期工程造价管理能够为建筑工程提供更灵活和可持续的造价管理控制方案，因此可以作为现阶段企业的生产效益与工程造价的管理参考依据。

1  全生命造价的具体内涵

全生命周期工程造价设计项目涉及前期策划、项目工程实施、项目终止，形成项目工程建设管理的多元化建设体系。在实际的工程造价管理过程中，全生命工程造价管理的内涵更多地体现在节约工程建设成本，提升工程建设的质量和经济收益。……
