摘要 村干部是农业农村建设的骨干力量，是广大农民群众的“领头羊”。随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进，我国村干部队伍建设不断优化，但仍存在一些问题亟待解决。基于对鄂中S村的调研，分析了当前村干部队伍建设的主要经验与现实困境，结合乡村振兴战略的现实需求，提出了相应的对策建议，为强化我国村干部队伍、助推乡村振兴提供有益借鉴。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Village Cadres under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization—A Case Study of S Village in Central Hubei Province

Abstract Village cadres are the backbone of agricultural and rural construction and the “leader” of the broad masses of farmers. With the further development of Rural Revitalization Strategy， the construction of village cadre team in China is constantly optimized， but there are still some problems to be solved. Based on the investigation of S village in the middle of Hubei Province， this paper analyzes the main experience and practical difficulties of the current village cadre team construction， combined with the practical needs of the Rural Revitalization Strategy， puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions， trying to provide useful reference for strengthening the village cadre team and boosting the rural revitalization.

村干部是党在农村工作和战斗力的基础，是党的方针政策在农村基层贯彻落实的实践者，实施乡村振兴战略，必须加强村干部队伍建设[1-2]。2020年中央一号文件进一步强调了加强党的农村基层组织建设和乡村治理的重要性，指出要“充分发挥农村基层党组织领导作用，持续抓党建促乡村振兴”[3]。S村是鄂中地区小城镇建设重点区、新农村建设试点以及全省粮食深加工产业园区，在我国农业农村发展中具有一定的代表性。笔者通过入户访谈、座谈交流等方式，对S村的村干部队伍建设现状与存在的问题展开了深入调研。……
