[摘要]目的：探讨在面部整形美容手术患者中应用心理护理干预的效果。方法：以2018年5月-2020年4月来笔者医院接受面部整形美容手术58例患者为研究对象，以护理模式不同为依据，分为常规护理组与心理护理组。其中常规护理组29例患者予以常规护理模式，心理护理组29例患者采用心理护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：护理干预后，心理护理组手术效果总满意度（96.6%）显著高于常规护理组（79.3%），且心理护理组焦虑评分与抑郁评分显著低于常规护理组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在面部整形美容手术患者中应用心理护理干预具有显著效果，不仅能够改善患者心理与生理状态，同时还能提高患者对于手术效果的满意度，优化其整形体验，可推广应用。

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Psychological State and Surgical Satisfaction of Patients with Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery

Abstract： Objective  To explore the method and effect of psychological nursing intervention in patients with plastic and cosmetic surgery. Methods  From May 2018 to April 2020， 58 patients with facial plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into the routine nursing group and the psychological nursing group according to different nursing modes. Among them， 29 patients in the routine nursing group were given the routine nursing model， and 29 patients in the psychological nursing group were given the psychological nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results  After nursing intervention， the satisfaction degree of operation in the psychological nursing group （96.6%） was significantly higher than that in the routine nursing group （79.3%）， and the scores of anxiety and depression in the psychological nursing group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion  The application of psychological nursing intervention in plastic and aesthetic surgery patients has significant effect， not only can improve patients'psychological and physiological state， but also can improve patients'satisfaction with the surgical effect and optimize their plastic surgery experience， generalizable.

整形美容以手術方式，通过对面部局部组织实施再造、填充、改变等，以此来实现人们对于容貌的追求[1]。然而任何一种手术，都会对患者身心健康造成一定影响[2]，尤其是对于整形美容手术而言，其具备特殊性，在手术不同阶段，患者心理、生理特点也是不同的，手术效果和患者心理有一定关联，若患者对于手术效果期待值过高，或人格不稳定，都有可能降低患者对于整容手术的满意度[3-7]。基于此，本研究以笔者医院58例面部整形美容手术患者为研究对象，探讨对其实施心理护理干预的效果，现将研究结果汇总如下：
