摘  要：公共图书馆的建设在信息技术和互联网平台的支持下，在管理工作的科学性与运行状态的有效性上都达到了较高的水平。公共图书馆的的日常运行和管理工作中，档案信息具有总量大、重要性强的特征，在图书馆的档案管理工作中运用信息化平台和技术是未来发展的主要趋势，而面向评估的前提是将对图书馆运行管理状态有直接体验和发言权的用户，作为公共图书馆的档案信息化管理工作效果评价的主要需求对象，通过构建科学的信息化建设评估框架、定期采集用户反馈信息、提升档案管理人员的能力素质水平3个方面路径实现公共图书馆档案的信息化管理模式，为提升公共图书馆的档案管理工作质量提供重要的支持。

Research on Archives Information Construction of Public Library for Evaluation

Abstract： With the support of information technology and Internet platform， the construction of public library has reached a high level in the scientificity of management and the effectiveness of operation. In the daily operation and management of public libraries， archives information has the characteristics of large amount and strong importance. The application of information platform and technology in library archives management is the main trend of future development. The premise of oriented evaluation is to take the users who have direct experience and say on the operation and management status of the library as the main demand object of the evaluation effect of the archives information management of the public library. By constructing a scientific evaluation framework for information construction， regularly collecting user feedback information and improving the ability and quality level of archives managers， we can realize the information management mode of archives in public libraries， so as to provide important support for improving the quality of archives management in public libraries.

在信息化發展的过程中，公共图书馆的管理和建设工作需要充分重视用户的主观需求，这不仅是公共图书馆归档案管理工作的基本要求，也是更好地凸显公共图书馆服务水平和质量的关键环节，只有符合用户需求的档案管理信息化系统的开发和利用，才能更好地发挥为用户提供更加具有人性化的服务效果的作用，体现出信息化建设在公共图书馆档案管理工作中的重要作用。

1  公共图书馆档案管理信息化系统的内涵与指标构建要点

1.1 信息化背景下档案管理的基本内涵
